This is a very nice hotel in a great location. Easy access to the train station and public transit . The staff are exceptional and the hotel is clean and well appointed. The only disappointment were the laundry facilities, hold use an upgrade. Would recommend this hotel.

LOVED this hotel and stayed for 5 nights. Would definitely stay here again. Easy walk from the station, especially when traveling with luggage. The location was very convenient with 7-11 across the road and lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The room was so comfortable. Beds and bedding were also very comfortable and made for many good nights of sleep. Complimentary water. Modern and spotlessly clean bathroom and toilet. We had a view out to Kyoto tower. Lots of usb ports was very useful. Staff were helpful and we could store our luggage at the hotel until check in. Highly recommend this hotel.

İstasyona yakin olmasi ulasim anlaminda buyuk kolaylik sagladi. Tokyoya gore Kyoto’da odalar daha ferahti. Ala’nin odalari da kesinlikle genislik ferahlik anlaminda yeterliydi. Ayrica cok temizdi. Kyoto seyahatim icin yine ayni oteli tercih ederim

Stayed 3 nights. Overall good stay. There was a minor mix-up at the beginning, because we had shipped our luggage ahead of time from Osaka, the hotel staff put our luggage in our rooms before we checked in but they mixed up my luggage with someone else's so I had to take the misplace luggage downstairs and retrieve mine. Fortunately they were able to resolve it quickly so no harm done. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Had planned to use the gym, but it only had cardio machines and mats, and we got enough cardio in each day walking around. Beds were comfy but could have used more than one pillow per bed. Appreciated that the washers and dryers were free to use (just need to buy detergent). Would stay here again.

Everything was great. The front desk staff were very helpful, and the room had a separate toilet from the bathroom. The only downside was that the loungewear and sandals were too small.

La chambre était grande, bien équipée, propre, le personnel était charmant et serviable. Nous recommandons à 100% cet hôtel situé à 5 minutes de la gare de Kyoto, 5 minutes d’une station de bus, et en face d’un kombini. Attention au sèche-linge qui prend pas mal de temps.

Absolutely amazing hotel. It is clean and very beautiful. Rooms are very spacious. Staff is very friendly. Close to Kyoto Station and bus stops. Luggage forwarding service available at the lobby.

Zimmer hatte europäische Größe, hatten wir sonst kaum. Badewanne mit heißem Wasser, man kann auch in den Onsen. Frühstück war gut und üppig. Leider konnte man das Fenster nicht öffnen.

駅から徒歩3から4分くらいで、どこに移動するにもとても便利な立地でした。また、清水寺に行くバスも近いです。　お部屋も清潔感があり、スタッフの皆さんも感じ良かったです。コンビニや焼肉屋さんも目の前でなんの不自由もなく過ごせました。一日の疲れがとれる大浴場も良かったです。京都旅行の際は、また宿泊します。
