【Important notice about guest room amenity】
This hotel started not to provides the plastic amenities(Tooth brush, Razor, Hair brush) in the guest room from 1st July 2022 based on Japanese Law.

For the time being, you can pick those amenities from 'Amenity bar' at hotel lobby. However, if you can bring your own amenities which you are using during daily life, it would be big contribution for global environment.

This hotel is targeting to reduce whole one time use amenities in the future.
Please note that currently this hotel is considering to close the amenity bar from 1st October 2022.

Starting 1 February 2027, changes in local tax regulations will require guests to pay an Accommodation Tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property at check-in. The tax is determined based on the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows:  

【Accommodation Tax from 1 February 2027, onwards】 
For all room rates: 2% per person per night (tax amount capped at JPY 2,000) 

Additional conditions:  
Room rate is capped at JPY 100,000. 
If an accommodation tax is levied by the municipality in addition to the prefecture, it will be applied using the following tax rates: 

Prefectural tax: fixed rate of 0.8% (with a maximum tax amount of JPY 800) 
Municipal tax: fixed rate of 1.2% (with a maximum tax amount of JPY 1,200) 
For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “room rate” shall refer to the room-only rate, excluding meal charges and consumption tax. 
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in, even if you have paid by credit card in advance.  
Applicable conditions for taxes, etc. are determined by each local government. For details, please check the official site of each local government or contact the hotel directly.  
Taxes, etc. may change or be newly introduced without notice.  
[Notice] We do not provide airport transfers.
Children under 3 years old will receive breakfast free of charge.
Children 4 - 5 years old will be charged JPY 500 for breakfast per day.
When booking for 6 or more rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
Revision of Breakfast Charges
Thank you for your continued patronage of Alamahaina Condo Hotel. Due to the rising cost of food and other expenses, we have decided to change our breakfast prices effective April 1, 2023. We will make every effort to provide you with even more satisfactory service in the future, and we thank you for your understanding.

The property will be re-opened from June 19, 2020.
The following services and facility will be suspended or restrictions on use will apply.
The breakfast will be served by set plate. The buffet style will be suspended.
The restaurants and bars will be suspended.
Use restrictions will apply for the indoor and garden swimming pool, the public large bath and the library.
The house keeping service will not be provided during the stay. For the consecutive stay guests, towels will be provided for applicable number of nights.
The property’s pool with ocean view is currently closed until further notice.
This is a strictly non-smoking property. Guests are responsible for all costs, damages, and liabilities caused by smoking.
An additional charge will be applied if the number of guests at check-in is more than the number of persons in the booking.
Those customer plan to stay with children, require to input each children age on special request box via booking page.

Yanbaru Bistro LUANA Closed date for Dinner Business
Yanbaru Bistro LUANA will be open for regular business from September.
Monday, July 1, 2024 - Saturday, August 31, 2024
Closed: Tuesdays for dinner *dinner time: 06:00 PM - 10:00 PM
During this period, the restaurant will be open for breakfast from 7:00 to 10:00 as usual.
From Sunday, September 1, 2024, breakfast and dinner will be open as usual .
