This place is very suitable for those who want to relax and need a break. I liked it because it was so central, so I can shop in the nearby shops without having to do much work. The design was very elegant and minimalist.

As a hotel snob, my job as ceo of remote islands is to be a hotel snob. Aman Tokyo is the best hotel in town, and I can assure you unambiguously that. There are many more great hotels, and I have stayed in almost or all of them, but Aman Tokyo is the best. On clear days, the views of the gardens and the imperial palace gardens are breathtaking. The rooms are spacious, and the service is flawless.

I was extremely pleased with the service and communication throughout my entire stay, from the time I made my reservation until I departed the property. I ever interacted with anyone, whether it was via email, phone, the locker room attendant, the spa receptionist, or via phone, with them all genuinely professional, consistent, courteous, and courteous. Every single person I spoke with, whether via email, phone, a locker room attendant, the spa receptionist, or with the reservations, was entirely well-rounded, conscientious, and courteous. Although I think it is a little suprising to charge extra to rent these locations out since they should be reserved for an hour every day and each guest included in the room. For instance, if you used the machines rotating between the cadillac, the reformer, and the tower, the pilates room would simply accommodate three guests. Although the gym is fully open with no capacity restrictions, I understand there are safety protocols for covid 19 and cleaning, and you would prefer to experience it in the morning or afternoon, but the bathroom was smaller, which seemed to be the sole difference. I might consider reserving this type of room in the future because it would likely be more peaceful. At one point, my room was so noisy due to the overhead train traffic, that I decided to upgrade to a standard room overlooking the park. I was in room 318, which

Very beautiful and elegant and minimalist zen an escape that will refresh the senses go when you can relax a bit I also found the central location a real blessing as I was able to shop in nearby locations without too much trouble.

It is vital to provide background for this evaluation. We have previously remained at aman homes and have never had a problem. Surprisingly, it did a poor job with regard to the quality of service and the management of the entire experience. First, the good. The structure and layout are exquisitely done. The cuisine and restaurants are of top quality. In particular, we adored the world-class musashi. The accommodation was beautiful, cozy, and well-designed. There are no complaints at all. Now, the bad. Several weeks before arriving, my wife emailed the concierge to arrange some activities for our visit. The concierge responded with transportation confirmations, but after we asked for details on activities, the concierge was silent. My wife chased them a week later, and they offered us a number of activities. After a week of back and forth, my wife wrote again to express her disappointment and asked to speak with a manager. Was that due to the lengthy response time? Who knows, but I would anticipate better and there was no apology from me. Our decision to book a kata robe, which I wore in the room, was ultimately made when I returned later. They advised us to contact the spa to check. Every other aman we have visited would simply have handled the request directly. I wanted to make sure I wasnt being a petty

The location is close to everything, and the staffs are very helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed staying here. The room was so minimalist and clean with some modern touches.

The central location was wonderful, so I could shop in several different stores without much trouble. This is a beautiful, chic, and minimal Zen retreat that will refresh your senses.

Lovely, elegant, and minimalist Zen is an escape that will revitalize the senses. When you can unwind, I also found the central location to be a great benefit because I could shop in nearby stores without having too much trouble.
