住宅宿泊事業法に基づき、ご宿泊者様全員の名簿の提出が必要となります。
予約確定後にお送りするURLにアクセスし、フォーム画面から必要な情報をご登録をお願いします。
チェックインやルームキーの案内は、登録の確認ができてから順次お送りしております。
内容の確認には数時間かかるため、必ず前日までにご対応ください。
【喫煙や汚損破損における賠償について】
本施設は完全禁煙です。
吸い殻や臭いが残るなど、喫煙が確認された場合は清掃費として50,000円を請求いたします。
施設内の備品に対する汚損・破損が確認された場合は、修理・交換費用の実費、迷惑料として30,000円、ならびに予約停止期間に応じた営業補償費を請求いたします。
請求額が確定後3日以内にお支払いをお願いします。
対応いただけない場合には、以下の措置を講じます。
・アカウントの停止措置
・警察への届出
・未払いの場合は、遅延損害金（年14.6％）の加算や法的手続き、国際的な債権回収を行う可能性があります。
【Important: Guest Registration Required】
In accordance with the Japanese Private Lodging Business Act, all guests are required to submit their information via the guest registration form.
Please access the URL we will send after your reservation is confirmed and complete the required information via the online form.
Check-in and room key details will be provided only after we have confirmed your registration.
As verification may take several hours, please be sure to complete the registration by the day before your check-in.
【Compensation for Smoking, Damage, or Contamination】
This property is strictly non-smoking.
If any evidence of smoking is found (e.g. cigarette butts or lingering odor), a cleaning fee of ¥50,000 will be charged.
If damage or contamination to furniture or equipment is found, we will charge the actual repair or replacement cost, plus a nuisance fee of ¥30,000, and compensation for business loss due to blocked future reservations.
Please make the payment within 3 days of the invoice being issued.
If you fail to comply, the following actions may be taken:
Account suspension through the booking platform
Report to the police (Records may remain with immigration authorities even after departure, which may affect future re-entry to Japan)
In case of non-payment, a late penalty of 14.6% annual interest, legal action, and international debt collection procedures may apply.

일본 주택숙박사업법에 따라, 모든 투숙객의 명부 제출이 의무화되어 있습니다.
예약이 확정된 후 보내드리는 URL에 접속하신 뒤, 온라인 양식을 통해 필요한 정보를 등록해 주시기 바랍니다.
체크인 안내 및 룸 키 정보는 등록 확인 후 순차적으로 발송됩니다.
내용 확인에는 수 시간이 소요될 수 있으므로, 반드시 체크인 하루 전까지 등록을 완료해 주시기 바랍니다.
【흡연・훼손・오염에 대한 배상 안내】
본 시설은 전면 금연입니다.
객실 내 담배꽁초, 냄새 등 흡연이 확인될 경우, 청소비로 50,000엔을 청구합니다.
비품 훼손이나 오염이 확인된 경우, 수리·교체 실비, 폐를 끼친 데 따른 30,000엔의 보상비, 그리고 예약 불가 기간에 따른 영업 손실 보상금을 청구합니다.
청구 금액은 청구 확정 후 3일 이내에 납부해 주시기 바랍니다.
협조해 주시지 않을 경우, 다음과 같은 조치를 취할 수 있습니다:
예약 플랫폼을 통한 계정 정지 조치
경찰에 신고 (출국 후에도 출입국 기록에 남아 향후 일본 재입국에 영향을 줄 수 있습니다)
미납 시 연 14.6%의 연체 이자, 법적 절차 및 국제 채권 회수 절차가 진행될 수 있습니다
