The hotel is very conveniently located neat the train station as well as bus stops and restaurants. The staff was helpful, The onsite onsen was great to relax in after site seeing. The room was very clean with toiletries and yukata and slippers provided.

The hotel was very conveniently located to the train station, restaurants, and shopping markets. The staff were very polite and professional. Breakfast buffet was incredible. I loved the presence of the hot bath in the hotel. Very clean and price was great.

The place is very very clean. There is someone cleaning everyday. They also have a hot bath area where you can go and relax. If you love the sauna or hot tub you will love this. The breakfast was awesome, they had pastrami duck and steam duck dumplings. Staff are very friendly and quick to help. I am from New York I am use to the Hilton and this place beats the Hilton in every aspect of the hospitality industry. If I am ever in Japan or anywhere I will be sure to seek this Hotel out. I forgot to mention I stayed at 2 of them 1 in Tokyo and the other in Kyoto and I had the same experience at both. Great Hotel with great people.
