Super hôtel, très bien entretenu, literie excellente et chambre niquel, moderne mais avec une atmosphère japonisante. Taille d’une chambre d’hôtel japonaise, donc oui, pas très grande mais largement suffisante pour se reposer après une journée bien remplie. A environ 20/30 min du célèbre quartier Gion. De nombreuses commodités aux alentours. Je recommande à 100%.

Queen room great food, wonderful location and a wonderful city. You do need to realize that in Japan the rooms are small, but this is well organized and more than adequate.

Truly loved our home base in Kyoto. Staff was so helpful and patient. The 2 twin bed room was perfect for my son and I. Comfortable beds on the firmer end. The shower and water pressure were heavenly. The restaurant was delicious particularly for dinner and the bar a perfect stop after a long day. They handled shipping our luggage easily. Really enjoyed our stay. Can't think of a negative thing to say except maybe install more wall hooks in the room to hang clothes and a laundry service would be nice. We walked to a coin laundry and it was fine. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming from the moment we stepped out of the hotel from the moment we came into, the hotel rooms were very clean and they were tidied up every morning, they didn’t change our sheets due to their economic friendliness, which was not a problem to me, also provided very comfortable pajamas, and the hotel itself was in a very convenient area where transportation was easily accessible. The only thing was there was no laundromat on site, but there was a laundromat about a 15 minutes walk away from the hotel . Overall would definitely recommend staying here!
