This place is a great location for exploring tokyo, its easy to get to from several tube stops! The staff was fine, they werent particularly helpful with any advice or local knowledge as the website suggests, but when asked they were nice enough. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, the beds were unexpectedly larger than expected and the pods themselves were well thought out with lights, curtains and utensils. Same with the communal shower area very clean room, well designed and practical. Restaurant downstairs is very expensive and offers hardly any food and drinks. You are also not allowed to sit there if you are staying in the hotel without buying anything, which was made clear when i was asked to buy breakfast or leave. Resturaunt did not match the hotels decor at all. Overall the motel was comfortableand clean but lacking any real atmosphere that would make me return.

The hotel staff was amazing and friendly, the food is delicious but more importantly, they deliver fresh coffee and food from the hotel cafe located on the first floor. The amenities of the bath are organic and ecofriendly made too. I wish i could stay longer! I should return. Far better than expected! Everything was just lovely.

I was thinking about writing this review. I wanted to keep this hush for our next trip. We took a taxi from ueno station, and it costs about Y 1800. Make sure you have the hotels address in japan. Its initially difficult to find. When we arrived before checkin time, the hotel staff was very accommodating in letting us leave the bag. A little before checking in, we returned, but they had already placed our bags in our room. The hotel is small, yet our standard twin room was spacious, clean, relaxing. Beds were very comfortable. All amenities are carefully considered. Every day, i received new slippers, water, as well as dripping coffee packs. Best part is the staff. They are all very professional, welcoming, helpful. Im so happy we found this hotel online. Truly he is incredibly valuable.

We stayed at the asakusa kokono club hotel for five nights in september 2023, and i have nothing but positive things to say about the hotel. The hotel is located in asakse, in a quiet part of the city, just stepping away from sensoji and some of its hightraffic areas. It is conveniently located near several subway stations, although it may not be the closest you get if you worry about carrying heavy luggage. They have character and are thoughtfully designed. Although not the biggest, they feel comfortable and wellmade. We were on the eighth floor and were treated to sweeping views of all around, including the papplication of tavern temple nearby. As with many japanesen hotels, this one provides most amenities for you, while the excellent staff assisted us with anything else we needed, such as access to the fourthfloor laundry and luggage service after we checked out. I would stay here again.

The hotel has a nice atmosphere and is small, making it easy to chat with other guests. The receptionist is very friendly and efficient. I stayed in kingsize superior room with balcony. Large, bright, great design, very comfortable bed, large balcony with great view, fridge with selection of free drinks. And big bathroom with bath and shower. There are several subway stations within 8 to 15 minutes. Negatives? A few small ones. Not particularly upmarket area, especially in the immediate vicinity, but lots of places to eat. No problem if you are used to cities less expensive areas. Room could use blackout blinds, the hotel is just starting to look old, and the coffee in cafe is average. It is important to note that sim rooms may be considerably smaller than the superior k room we slept in, so always make sure you know what youre actually booking. Also, unlike many smaller hotels in japan, there are no more spacious stylish rooms for the price anywhere in tokyo or any other major city, even assuming the location is convenient for you.

Our 6 night stay here in the heart of asakusa was fantastic. The location is great, just a stones throw from sensoji and the nearby popular attractions. Despite this, the area is very peaceful at night. Our terrace room was exactly as advertised and beautifully decorated with oodles of space. Blinds let some light in which may bother some, but thats okay for us. Staff were very helpful and always warm and welcoming. It definitely has tastier, younger feel to it and i would definitely recommend it.

I will definitely return. One of the best hotels in tokyo for this trip to japan. I was initially a little skeptical because ive been to asakusa before and it wasnt very pleasant, but i give it ten years. And ill not regret it. Not only is the hotels design excellent. It is also situated on nite covered shopping street, which is both busy and peaceful. The rooms are cozy. According to me, the bed is among the fluffiest in japonia. Even the room has large windows that lead to eaves from ice outside because winter is too cold. There are many restaurants in the neighborhood next to the hotel, some of which are open 24 hours if you stay there.

While it may be advisable to walk to the metro, its still easily accessible and convenient for getting to and from narita. However, it is conveniently located near the sensoji temple and offers excellent food. The breakfasts are simple and delicious, and there is onsite tavern. Additionally, free bikes are available for rent, making it ideal for exploring the nearby Sumidagawa riverbank paths.

Strongly recommended. I stayed in one of the suite rooms, which has a huge bathroom. Two kingsize beds and incredibly welldesigned throughout the entire hotel. A lovely balcony area with seating and views of tokyo skytree.

Our stay at this hotel was truly remarkable! The design is exquisite, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable and spacious. The staff members are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Its location is ideal, being close to everything you need and just a 2minute walk from the temples and hip street, yet still maintaining utmost tranquility. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

I would definitely like to return! The hotel room was very clean and had a great design, although it was tinier than expected but fully equipped with everything we needed. Above all, the service is fantastic! Staff were really helpful and friendly. Wired hotel is unquestionably suited for foreign visitors because their hotel attendant speaks fluent english and is incredibly patient.

The room was welldesigned, the bathroom was great, and the terrace was very nice. We booked for our last night in tokyo after spending several nights at some beautiful ryokans. Great hotel overall!.

A hidden gem! It is in a lovely location, close to the sensoji temple, as well as many bars and restaurants. The beds were extremely comfortable we had sat in our shared bathroom, but we were given your own shower and there are several toilets, so it wasnt overly crowded. Breakfast was also very delicious, with three options including udon traditional japanese breakfast. All of the staff members were very friendly and helpful. Free bikes are also available for use!.

The location is also great with lots of shops, bars and restaurants. And then, the decor was cool and stylish. After that, this hotel is the best in tokyo. Subsequently, i have stayed in 2 different fantastic rooms with balconies and views of asakusa.

Overall, i am very happy with my stay here. Some of the polite staff ive encountered with decent english made me feel quite at ease. The hotel itself is very convenient, and the rooms are very modern and about the size youd expect from a tokyo hotel. Every morning, they close late at 11 p. M., there is supper for free, which is always great. I cant help but think that the bathroom smelled strange when he first entered and it wouldnt be cleared out, so if ill imagine it wafted over from another room.

I would strongly recommend this place! The streets are busy on the outside, but when you walk inside, it feels very different and welcoming. This place has the best shakes, is dog friendly, has water bowls and comfortable beds for pets. Most importantly, its a really relaxing atmosphere.
