During November, I spent a weekend here. They saved the kiseki meal for me since they couldn't arrive until after 8 the day I checked in. Satami mats, futon, and traditional showertub were all included in the lovely room. I also had access to a room with an outside rothenburg. The two included dinners and breakfasts were incredible and expressed a lot of Japanese design, flavor, and other elements. The taxi ride from Takashi Station to Tako station is only a short distance from Tokyo Station. While I made the reservation in English on TripAdvisor and they have an English website, I used Japanese to call them to arrange a late dinner, ask about a cab from Takami, and generally, converse with them because I understand Japanese. If you don't speak Japanese, it is not difficult.

When I arrived, I was greeted by the staff and treated like vip throughout my stay. The room was large and spacious for four people. The location is only a short taxi ride from the train station. I enjoyed the kiseki meal. I guess it was intended more for a foodie than for someone with an already set comfort level when it comes to new foods. There was fish in every menu, as well as other dishes that were only slightly cooked in different degrees of rawness. But the meal was beautiful and an experience. The available bath options on the website convinced me that there would be more options, but in the end, the bath choice was quite limited.

From the moment we first arrived at the resort, we were treated like a vip. We were not disappointed because this was not our first visit to Rome. The room, particularly the balcony with private beginning, was excellent. Perhaps it's time to change the tatami mate in the room. Dinner was not in the room, which would have been perfect and more romantic, but we got a table in the room with 3 other couples, which worked out fine, but less private.. I added some photos from the dinner and breakfast..

This place is recommended. Hikari is located in Yawara, which is close to the main Shinkansen line between Tokyo and Yotoosaka. Our room had a jacuzzi in its outdoor position and was extremely roomy. The supper and breakfast were opulent, and the attention to detail and effort is impressive. Despite being largely full, the roman was never too busy, and the hot springs were excellent. Moreover, the fact that all of the people staying at Srihari were locals greatly enhanced the experience.

This roman is not huge nor gorgeous, but clean and comfortable. All the staff are very friendly, always with a smile. The meal is especially excellent! Dinner in kiseki style is not just for looking at you but true kiseki. All are hearty cooked using seasonal ingredients and served in beautiful ways. You can choose an additional room with a private bathroom, but if you choose a standard room with no private bathroom, I can say you will be pleased with their service.
