After a very stressful at our Airbnb, the BW took our very last minute reservation and had our room ready all within a hour. The front desk staff were friendly, accommodating, very helpful and just made us feel relaxed and welcome. The room was small but clean and had three beds for the three of us. Room amenities were available and cleaning service was prompt and friendly. The location was easy, close to a grocery store, konbinis and food as well as train stations. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was great! Efficient, clean. Location is near subway but not near JR. There are lots of local restaurants choices nearby. This is located in a financial district with the stock exchange virtually next door. Thus this is a less touristy area…just the way we like it.

Room was very clean and spacious for Japanese standards, in a good location. Check-in was disappointing we arrived a few minutes before 2pm and was informed our room was ready and it was only 2,000 yen to check in early! Absolutely ridiculous, so we left our bags and came back after 3pm and of course there is a big lineup for everyone to check-in at the same time. Don’t Nickle and dime your customers any hotel lets you check-in for free an hour early if the room is ready!
