全体的にとても満足する滞在になりました。客室が広く、全てにおいてとても清潔で、非日常を味わえました。また、二食付きプランにしましたが、食事のクオリティもスタッフも全てにおいて大満足でした。また客室内の温泉がある部屋にして良かったです。

This was the nicest hotel I stayed in my entire trip. They gave us a full course dinner which we didn't know we had. The rooms are spacious and clean it was just amazing for Japan when you usually get a small room.

Stayed here for two nights. I think this property is ideal for couples and others who want to get away from the hustle of city life. I don't think it's ideal for families (although we took our two teenagers). It's really an adult-focused environment. The onsen was amazing and I went both days. The setting is serene. It is near the bus stop and Monta, a traditional Japanese eatery with excellent food.

The hotel was so peaceful and calming. The room was very large and had all of the amenities and then some. The onsen was so relaxing. The dinner meal was 5 star quality. I'm not sure what I was eating at times but it was beautifully presented and delicious.

Best hotel we stayed at in our whole trip. The room was a much welcomed change to the standard small hotel rooms in Japan that we got for the same cost, breakfast buffet was good though the food was the same on the 2 days we tried it. There are plenty of good restaurants to try within a few minutes walk and the bus stops right in front of the hotel were convenient. I wish we stayed longer but will definitely be back on our next trip.

It was my second time staying here and it was just as enjoyable as the first time. The onsen was amazing in the winter, the breakfast options were great and of high quality. The staff were super friendly and supportive.

Gorgeous new hotel. Rooms were so spacious and common areas were super clean. Enjoyed all the amenities. It was just a bit hard to get to since it was at the top of the mountain, but I assume all places in Hakone are like that.

My stay at Blisstia was wonderful and a perfect weekend getaway. The room was clean and incredibly spacious with many amenities provided. Having a full bath was great, but I didn’t even use it much because of the onsen/spa. The hotel location was very convenient - next to a convenient store and bus stops. Would return for sure!

Spacious and modern property with friendly and helpful staffs. My room was essentially a massive studio apartment with separate toilet and shower, stove, living room area, microwave, fridge, AC. and air humidifier. I also had a balcony with foliage view November. The onsen is very clean with indoor and outdoor tub. The outdoor area also has a foliage view, perfect for relaxing after a full day exploring Hakone. The location is about 40 minute away by bus from Hakone, but the amenities were worth it for me. There is a 7-11 right across the hotel for any last minute needs or late night snack. There are also some restaurants within walking distance. I tried the izakaya next to 7-11 and thought it was ok. The breakfast buffet is small but had good food and service. I would like more options and rotating menus throughout the week however.
