『重要確認事項』
隣家は一般民家です。
特に夜８時以降の露天風呂を含む野外での歓談、おしゃべりは禁止です。

吐くほどお酒を飲んで騒いだりする行為は絶対にしないでください。

We try to keep the rules simple:

★Please take off your shoes at the entrance.

★NO SMOKING inside the house.
Smoking is only allowed outside the house.
Absolutely no use of fire inside (no incense, smoking etc...)

★Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise down after 8:00 pm.

★Please turn off the lighting, and air conditioner when leaving the house.

★Please don’t put rubbish on the street.
You can leave it in the house.

★Check-Out has to be done by 11:00 am or before.
I’m sorry but we have to charge you $50 per hour for late check-out.
It’s because we have to pay the cleaner for the extra hours and it will cause trouble for the next guests arriving.

★Guests will be responsible for any lost or broken keys $300.
This fee includes replacing the cylinder lock and sensor key.

★Guests will be responsible for any lost or broken Wi-Fi $200.

If you could treat our place like it's your own home we will be so happy. ^^

※According to Japanese Law, foreigners who stay in Japan should fill out a form with all members’ “Passport Number”, and submit copy of passports.
