The hotel is conveniently located on the upper floor of sanjo station, making it convenient for travel. The rooms and amenities are neat and wellkept. Unfortunately, the hotel staff cant speak english well. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay at a reasonable price.4,8/514 Apr 2023

The location is far from the kansai airport but not too far, and its easy to get here. Its very easy for going anywhere. There are many streets market here by walking. Please come here, you will love it here like me.4,8/516 Jan 2023

We stopped by for a quick coffee at the adorable cafe. Although you must pay for luggage storage, i can tell if dozens of people are waiting to check in there. Nice touches like charging outlets on your table while you are there add to the charm.4,6/55 Mei 2024

We spent three nights here. The location is excellent, the decor is adorable, there are comfortable mattresses, fantastic showers, and cleanliness, as well as delicious breakfasts. I would highly recommend it, but make sure to find the elevator that leads directly up to the hostel from sanjo station!.4,6/55 Mar 2024

The location of this hotel is good, close to bus stops and train stations. The decor is very cute and the powder room has nice amenities. Unfortunately, the cafe was closed for the duration of our stay. It was disappointing that we were able to have coffee and breakfast at our accommodation as part of the reason we chose to stay here. Our room had curtains on the windows so it allowed the bright street lights outside to shine in. When we asked the staff about a solution the next day they had to think long and hard before finally offering us bath towels and tape to fix it ourselves. Be careful that you can hear trains passing through the station below. Finally, our room shared symbole with the dust room so we could hear people blow drying their hair until 23.00 which was far past the quiet hours.4,6/524 Agt 2023

We came to this cafe for breakfast. It was simple and delicious. Next to sanjo station. The place is nicely decorated and the service is excellent. They speak english and accept credit cards. Best of all, it only costs y 500 for brunch.4,6/516 Jun 2023

I first fell in love with the picture of the room with a window that perfectly faces the kamogawa river. Even though we didnt end up in that room (we got the one in the back), our overall experience was very satisfying. First of all, let me tell you that the space was so small. Three girls with three huge luggage will need to make countless compromises, but it isnt impossible at all. Despite how small the apartment is, the soundproofing works great. However, there are excellent amenities in this powder area, bathroom, and toilets! Excellent lighting, spacious, plush amenities like the conditioner and hair iron that made my hair smooth every day. The location is ideal, its only ten minutes walk to the Kamogawana rivers, starbucks station, 100 yen shop, etc. Youll find everything you need here. At night, you can go around gion. If you want to enjoy lively nightlife, this place may not be for you, however if youre like me and want some moonlight and shadows beauty, here youll be happy. Excellent hotel for staying alone or with friends. Very safe for any nervous woman, and the setting is adorable! The mattresses were cozy, everything was spotless. Body and face soaps, shampoo, conditioner were available in the communal bathroom area, which was also immaculate. There is a shared microwave and refrigerator by the elevator. Excellent location next to sanjo station, with streets of shops and restaurants directly across the bridge. Although you can hear or feel the trains rumble below, it isnt particularly loud. If this might bother you, ask to stay on the third floor because we stayed on that level. When visiting kyoto again, i will undoubtedly stay here again!.4,4/529 Agt 2023

This place is located in the center of sanjo, just over the bridge from many covered arcades. The rooms are adequate and have wellequipped bathrooms. When we had an issue with the air conditioner, the reception staff was quick to change our room.
