I really enjoyed this location and the staff here. The staff is excellent. I visit Japan at least twice a year and will always stay in luxurious hotels. Chikusenso is unquestionably at the top of the list. The team members are all fluent in English, which is a major plus for international visitors. They are courteous yet never far away. They respond quickly to your request. Traditional and contemporary hotels interior design is the ideal match. They serve fantastic cuisine. The chef is on his way to greatness, in my opinion, because he is inventive and brave enough to incorporate characters from other food genres into Japanese fine dining like cheese fondue, Vietnamese vegetable rolls and Chinese cooking techniques. They always deliver a box of his baked goods, all delicate and excellent, after supper. Without a doubt, Ill return. Tanakasan, the entire staff here, and your name cant be forgotten.

This hotel is beautiful, serene, and luxurious. With quiet wooden corridors, sizable glass windows, courtyards, streams, and waterfalls, it is an architectural delight. The staff is outstanding. They contributed to the joy of the trip by being friendly, helpful, and attentive. The cuisine was traditional Japanese. Each meal was composed of 20 to 30 small pieces of regional cuisine and custom-made fare. There was snow, chilly rivers, and nearby snow fields in the winter. With a Shinkansen from Tokyo and a hotel pickup from Senpai Station, getting there is simple.

On our short trip to Japan, we decided to go out and try a more traditional Japanese experience. The Roman is newly constructed but has both traditional and contemporary architecture. Despite our limited Japanese language skills, the staff was quite accommodating. Despite our limited English proficiency, some of the staff members were able to communicate their concerns well. Despite being peaceful, we were able to reserve one of the private outdoor openings during the day. A rare moment in a lovely setting. Breakfast and dinner were included. Experiences with western tastes that are tasty and readily available. The courses that have delightful tastes and presentation kept coming. A big thanks to the young man who picked us up from the Senpai railway station. On the nearby riverside, we indicated that we were interested in seeing the cherry blossoms. He informed the manager, who allowed him to drive us around for a few hours to see the finest sites. All of this was the product of the great service we received.

Ive been to a lot of onset resorts and through Japan, but this one is among my favorites. Just got back from two nights here, which were conveniently placed in the middle of a trip to Tokyo. It was a wonderful break from the city to the calm of Chikusenso, and the entire experience was wonderful. We were truly welcome and treated nothing but well cared for from arrival and pickup at Senpai station until our 48-hour return to the station. The resort is lovely, tucked away from everything. We were lucky enough to be among the only guests during the week and experience the resort drenched in fresh snow. The rooms were excellent, the only thing I could ask for would be fresh milk for coffee in the minibar and breakfast. There were no concerns other than that. Speaking of breakfast and dinner. They were gorgeous. One evening, we had a food fugu dinner that included every course, which was one of the highlights of the entire trip. The starter amenities are excellent, with a great mix of public and private baths. Given all the snow around, the outdoor baths were truly unique. Would unequivocally suggest this location, and well definitely return on our next journey to Takeu.
