Loved the stay, very close to Disneyland and Disneysea, with frequent shuttles, if these are your top priorities. A little away from the central Tokyo, but best if you want the calm after the city chaos whole day, just across the road is a beautiful park that take you to bay area, amazingly beautiful, peaceful and a treat to soul.

We had easy access to a shuttle for Narita airport. Pick up location was at the hotel next-door. Comfort Suites has their own personal shuttle to Disneyland and DisneySea. Pick ups and drop offs morning and evening. There are also a couple of bus stops nearby (5 minute walks) frequently serviced where buses can take you, in 10 minutes, to Shin-Urayasu station connecting you to the Keiyo train line allowing you to get almost anywhere in Tokyo. Even if you missed the hotel’s Disneyland bus in the evening, as one of our adult daughters did one evening, she almost beat the hotel’s bus back via the Keiyo line and these bus routes. There’s a 24 hour Lawson store built into the hotel where you can grab fresh late night food. Hotel’s buffet breakfast had both Western style and Japanese style selections. Plenty of hot water, rooms are extremely clean and well-maintained, Fresh towels daily. There were six of us, parents and four children ages 17 to 25. We had two rooms next to each and each room there were two large double beds and one twin. Comfortable desk to plan your adventures. Separate toilet area. Front desk and everyone there were extremely helpful. They received our luggage from Kyoto with care before we arrived and carefully stored our luggage a few hours after we checked out while we did last minute exploration of the city. We spent 3 weeks in Japan and our last 9 days were at this hotel. Would we go back to this hotel? Absolutely and would recommend it to anyone!

We had a pleasant stay and very satisfied with our experience. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful. The Disney shuttle and taxi limousine was convenient and made traveling easier. I would stay here again and recommend it to other travelers. The only issue was that the breakfast options included pork, which I do not eat, so there were fewer choices available for me. Other than that, I had a pleasant experience and would consider staying here again.”

Very large, comfortable, modern and clean rooms and I'd definitely stay here again. Everything you need. The beds were so comfortable as was the bedding. We slept extremely well. Free water and light refreshments were available in the foyer. Front desk staff, though limited English made it somewhat difficult, were helpful and tried their best. The bus to the Disney resort was helpful, but the walk from the bus stop to the actual entrance was a bit further than if you stayed at one of the Disney or Disney good neighbour hotels (as we also did). They were allowed a different entry and the hourney and walk were shorter due to this.

The lady greeting everyone for breakfast is so sweet! Love the shuttle bus transportation to and from Disneyland. The lawson next door is amazing to have. Great stay overall!
