Friendly staff, clean and welcoming foyer. Room size is your typical Japanese standard size, bed tv mini fridge and a bathroom. Bed was firm which I prefer, however the only complaint I have for cleanliness is the pillow. Found pillow had an odour and it wasn’t the pillow sham. As to the location, it’s about 12 min to Dotonburi district, 10 min to Dotonburi Plaza where you can take a bus directly to Kansai Airport which is very convenient for approximately $18 CAD. No eatery directly at the hotel but walking distant 10-15min. Laundry mats close by and of course there’s a family mart across the way from the hotel. Overall great experience.

My stay here was very enjoyable and relaxing. From checkin to checkout, the customer service of the clerks was very friendly and professional, they always greet me when i enter and leave the hotel. Taniwaki at the front desk helped me send my luggage to my next hotel and was very patient and kind. 5 star customer service! The rooms were a bit small, but all amenities were provided and the cleanliness was good. Room service wont clean your room unless you ask them to if you are staying for a few days. The wifi is specific to your room, so although it was fast and reliable in the hotel room, it wasnt usable in the lobby. There were two things that, while i was completely fine with, could be problems for other people. First, the location is at least 15 minutes walk from the nearest subway station. So while it was quiet and relaxing at the hotel, there is a substantial walk to go anywhere. But the proximity of the family mart and a local bakery compensates for it. Second, they have a smoking patio that opens up right to the dining area of the lobby. If you enjoy eating takeout and eating it in the dining area, the smell of cigarette smoke can be overpowering. Apart from these two points, everything else was great for the price. Thank you again for the friendly customer service, and i will stay here again on my next trip to osaka.

This hotel has a franchise chain of Crystal I, Crystal II & Crystal III. I would say this, the service is good, the hotel room is typical Japanese small size but doable, the lobby is clean and organized, the room is clean and organized. The staff were nice and helpful. The hotel is safe and quiet in the residential area, which is nice. There is FREE wif-fi and they will store your luggage if you hire luggage delivery to have your luggage arrive before you arrive. ONLY drawback though, despite, it's still walkable, it's 18 min walk from the nearest subway station and 15 mins away from the busy famous Dotonbori. It's ok but next time I prefer something closer to the action coz when it rains, it's hard to walk even just for 15 mins. Other than that, this hotel is clean, comfy & definitely a good price for good value.
