A fantastic stay and living experience for a family of four with two kids! We made full use of the in room washer/dryer and kitchen amenities in the room. Rooms were well laid-out and clean, including regular cleaning and towel/bathroom clean outs during our weeklong stay. Pricing was very reasonable, especially compared to prices for adjoining suites at traditional hotels we sought to use before finding East Square. Staff were incredibly helpful, courteous and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We would highly recommend this property and look forward to using East Square on future visits to Tokyo!

We stayed 6 nights with our family of 5 in total comfort. Location was tranquil and only minutes by foot to local shops/restaurants and train stations. Staff were very accommodating and helpful with attending to our needs, always taking time to ensure our stay was chillax… Had many laughs and memorable Polaroid photos to keep as a reminder of cherished Kodak moments during our stay in Tokyo. Will definitely return on our return visit to Japan. Cheers & best regards, Nam from Melbourne, Australia.

I can Highly recommend this small hotel. It is conveniently located to the subway but in a quiet neighborhood. The room layout felt generous for a downtown Tokyo accommodation with a dining room/kitchenette, living room area, and 2 bedrooms separated from the main room with sliding screens (not sound or light proof but otherwise private), WC, and shower room. 4 separate twin size mattresses with good window darkening and we slept off our jet lag very well. The concierges were friendly and incredibly helpful and facilitated baggage transport to a later hotel in our itinerary.

Staff was wonderful! Rooms were a bit small but we weren't there much anyways. Hotels is an easy 2 minute walk to the train station. Plenty of restaurants near by to grab something if needed.

Staff was excellent. Everyone was helpful, friendly and accommodating. Location is quiet and peaceful, just a few train stops away from Shibuya and Shinjuku. Staying here was the best decision we could have made for our party of 7.

East Square Tokyo is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. Short walking distance to a nearby train station, convenient stores and restaurants. The hotel and room is very well maintained and clean all the amenities you'll need is included. Our suite was a perfect room size for our family of 5. All of the hotel staff are super friendly, easy going and are fluent in having a great conversation in English. As our first time traveling into Japan, choosing this place was uncertain, but everything worked out great without worrying. I would highly recommend East Square Tokyo as a great and pleasant place to stay. I look forward to another stay the next time we plan to do another family vacation. Aloha and Mahalo to the team at East Square Tokyo.

This is a minimalist apartment with good access to the metro. There's a grocery store within a 5 minute walk. The property is well maintained and has a staffed front desk for the day. Laundry in the unit worked well. It takes 3 hours to wash and dry. The layout of a separate toilet and shower room was convenient for four people getting ready in the morning. Beds were comfortable. We stayed on the fifth floor and used the elevator. I would recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. The all in one laundry machine was a nice bonus and meant we could back a lot lighter. The hotel is steps away from the subway so we could get downtown easily. There are lots of great places to eat and shop nearby as well.

Cozy accommodations in a quiet neighborhood that is a short walk to subway stations, grocery stores, and a variety of restaurants. Staff is very friendly and can speak English well. This accommodation is like having a small apartment with kitchen, laundry, dining area, TV room and balcony. Definitely recommend if you are comfortable being outside touristy areas.
