The hotel and room appeared nicer than the advertising image. Located in a good spot in the middle of Suukino, with many little nearby the hotel, a train and streetcar station, restaurants, a shopping mall, and walking distance to Tanukikoji Shopping Street. We got a room with tatami area for 3 people, the room was big and had slide doors that separated the bathroom and toilet from the sleeping area. There is a communal bath but there is only room, so you have to change the men's and women's timetable. But the room also has a bathtub. There is a relaxing area with massage chairs, to and big comfy chairs. The hotel has very limited parking. They suggest parking in a parking lot opposite the hotel, but there is a lot of traffic in the parking lot. The staff was friendly, taking care of us with travel information and luggage. Even their English was not so good, but they were happy to help.

We stayed here for a night with a friend. The room was small but big enough for a couple. Breakfast is a semi-battle with a choice of Western or Japanese cuisine. Very close to tourist attractions like Tanuki, Chika ho and the rode park. Nearby are a nightclub and convenience store. There is a public sauna with a time limit of segregation for both male and female.

The Frame Hotel is a popular spot for nightlife, and this place has a nice breakfast. My room has good function, is small, and has all the facilities one would expect from a hotel room. The price was affordable because I stayed during the support snow festival, but for my stay I will say it was worth it for the price that I have quoted.

I recently stayed here for three nights for a long weekend. From Suukino station, it took about five minutes to get to the hotel. We were unable to find the hotel because it was covered in scaffolding when we first arrived! But there is a sign, and without coverings, I assume it would be simple to find. There is a staircase leading up to the lobby, but if you have baggage, there is a lift behind the stairs. Checkin was from rp onward, but we arrived early. They allowed us to leave our luggage and go exploring until checkin time. When we returned, our bags had already been transported to our room! Even though we didn't purchase breakfast in advance, we were told that it had to be reserved the day before. The room was a good size for two large suitcases without getting under your feet. The bed was comfy and could fit two individuals without an issue. The bathrooms are tiny, but the shower was good and hot, so we had no issues there! The only drawback we had was that the walls were paper thin, making it difficult to hear people coughing in the next room. We weren't also alerted about the noisy decoration projects going on around the motel until April 2019. There was a lot of noise till rp, and the windows did not have a view. In general, Id suggest the Frame Hotel

This is a good value hotel in a good location in support. A 10 minute walk to nightlife and close to tram station. The room was quiet and clean, I would stay here again. The staff were very helpful despite only a little English.
