We will try other Fuji hotelsinns. They live up to the hype, and more! A major letdown. The famous Fuji hotel across the stream was our second night and fell significantly short of it's rich and glorious past. Recently, this luxury Japanese inn, fugu, has just opened in nikki next door to the mini emperor's villa and a short walk from Temples Shrines. Our room faced the back garden woods and had beds not futons. There is a large room for a Japanese inn around 40 shilling. An exquisite detail like a service box that allows you to receive deliveries without opening your door. The premises also have a sizable communal bathroom. You may upgrade to hotel loungewear with hotel slippers and begin to move around like a traditional Japanese inn custom after checking in. Before dinner, drinks are served in the main lounge while relaxing by the fireplace after a lengthy catharsis bath. The dining experience was extraordinary, with the table for two people facing out, which had a beautiful view of the lighted gardenwoods and sitting next to it, with high partitions on both sides, allowing you to have complete privacy. The server is individual to the front, using a narrow walkway just for them, between your table and the window, and a lower floor so that when you are being served

The Nikki area is one of the worlds most spectacular locations, so we were always astonished by the lack of top-notch hotelsryokans in the region. nikki finally has a torchbearer in the area of luxury lodging after exploring the brandnew Fungu property. We had previously been to Fungu Kawaguchiko less than a year ago, and while we had a great time there, we werent blown away, particularly given its price. Kawaguchiko is equally fresh and contemporary, it is apparent to us that they took much of the knowledge and applied it to their nikki property. We stayed in one of their two luxury premium suites for two nights, a stylish and serene space with more than 140m2. Both indoor and outdoor freeflowing natural hot springs baths were present in the corner unit. The rooms are usually at least excellent, and although it doesnt break the top 5 there is no shame in that, despite the fact that despite the luxury premium suite at Kawaguchiko measuring a similar 136m 2. Although nikki tried to lure millennials there, I think they have figured out a winning strategy for a considerable portion of luxury consumers. Its only small enough to accommodate 24 rooms.
