Large trash such as carry cases will be disposed of for a fee. Please be sure to take it home with you. If we find those illegally dumped, we will charge you 10,000 yen.

It is prohibited to bring pet into the accommodation. If it is discovered that a pet is brought in, we will ask you to check out immediately and charge 20,000 yen for special cleaning fee.

The accommodation is operated with permission from the government. To comply with laws and regulations, all guests are required to enter their information (name, address, nationality, age, telephone number, occupation, passport number) in an online form after making a reservation. Q. Can I leave my luggage before check-in?
A. You can park your car after 10am on your check-in day.
There are residences near the accommodation. Please do not party or make loud noise. In the unlikely event that there is a complaint from a neighbor or a contact from the police, you will be asked to check out immediately. *There are no refunds for immediate check-out.
We will not contact the owner directly.
