【Rooms】
All rooms are non-smoking.
All rooms are twin rooms except Garden Suite Villas and Forest Suite Villas.
Please note that we are unable to respond to requests for "smoking" and "larger bed (1 bed)" in the "request box" displayed when making a reservation.
Patio Superior Twin, Superior Twin, Ocean View Twin, and Barrier Free Room room types are located in the North Wing or South Wing. Please note that you cannot specify your preferred wing.
Patio Superior Twin and Superior Twin rooms are located in the South Wing when booked for 4 persons per room (excluding infants).
The room size of connecting rooms is the size of two rooms combined.
【Tattoos and Tattooing】
At the pool and public bath, we ask that all tattoos, including small fashion tattoos, not be exposed.
Pool: Please wear clothing such as a rash guard.
Public bath: You may use the facility as long as your tattoos are completely covered with a sticker or rash guard.

【Other Services】
Free shuttle bus service between the airport and the hotel is available only for staying guests, and no advance reservation is required.
The buses run on a regular schedule and may not be available due to fully occupied. Please check the hotel's official website for the latest timetable.
【Children & extra beds】
Children over 3 years old are counted as adults due to system specifications. Children aged two and under can share a bed with an adult.
If the room type does not indicate an option for an extra bed, an extra bed cannot be added. Please check the room type for details. Please check the description of each room type.
Children of any age may stay in the room.
Breakfast for small children may be additional. Please contact the accommodation directly for details.


Starting 1 February 2027, changes in local tax regulations will require guests to pay an Accommodation Tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property at check-in. The tax is determined based on the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows:  

【Accommodation Tax from 1 February 2027, onwards】 
For all room rates: 2% per person per night (tax amount capped at JPY 2,000) 

Additional conditions:  
Room rate is capped at JPY 100,000. 
If an accommodation tax is levied by the municipality in addition to the prefecture, it will be applied using the following tax rates: 

Prefectural tax: fixed rate of 0.8% (with a maximum tax amount of JPY 800) 
Municipal tax: fixed rate of 1.2% (with a maximum tax amount of JPY 1,200) 
For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “room rate” shall refer to the room-only rate, excluding meal charges and consumption tax. 
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in, even if you have paid by credit card in advance.  
Applicable conditions for taxes, etc. are determined by each local government. For details, please check the official site of each local government or contact the hotel directly.  
Taxes, etc. may change or be newly introduced without notice.  
Rate plan which includes dinner is not applied for children with free staying.Dinner charge fees for children will be collected at the hotel.
