They are angels, not humans. They have wonderful attitudes, the nicest place to experience japanese culture and hospitality, and you will definitely be a part of their family. They are pure. Love, hospitality, and generosity. Wishing for a long and happy life.

This is an amazing place to stay. Traditional japanese home in kyoto, but with modern amenities. You can enjoy the comfort and privacy of a modern, great hotel with the hospitality of a traditional guest house. Breakfast is delicious and traditional. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We really felt at home.

I cant wait to return and would recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic experience in kyoto! I had a great time here, hosted by incredibly kind people who made it feel like home in kyoto. They prepared me a delicious japanese breakfast every day, honestly better than ive had in hotels, and even offered to drive me to the places i wanted to see. Its centrally located, making it easy to get to the main attractions, and staying in a traditional 100yearold house is such a unique experience.

Staying here was a real pleasure! We were made to feel welcome from the first minute to the last, and we were very kindly driven to the area we visited each morning. The room was beautiful, spotlessly clean and comfortable, and we had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended for staying in kyoto.

If you have the chance to reserve a room, dont pass it up! Even though we only stayed one night, it was, in my opinion, one of the highlights of our trip. I cant even describe the hospitality and friendliness of the owners. The japanesestyle house is very simple but stunning, everything was clean, and sleeping in a futon was comfortable! Mrs. Nozawas cuisine was delicious, and the owners were also very kind. I hope we can come back one day and stay in your lovely home again. I hope you have a wonderful time in portugal next year, just like you deserve it!.

If youre looking for a place in kyoto, this inn will be your best choice. This is our second time staying at this ryokan. We celebrated new years together like family. I love it so much that i want to come back for a third time soon.

This place is a very cozy and relaxing place to spend a week for a summer vacation. The staff are friendly to foreigners, attentive to their needs and willing to help with logistical assistance most of the time during our stay. I really love the homelike feeling, the best travel experience ever.

Overall, we had a great time and would strongly recommend staying here. We had a wonderful time staying with morio and yoshiko. Our group of four stayed there for about a week. The room was able to accommodate the four of us comfortably. Morio and yoshiko were extremely welcoming and kind. Morio spoke perfect english and would also recommend places and foods to see nearby. During our stay, they served us breakfast every morning with a new dish. Each dish was better than the last. The local bus stop was within walking distance, and we could go to temples and the nishiki market. The nearest train station was also within walking distance and could take us to the major stations. Thank you again to morio and yoshiko for having us and providing us with an unforgettable experience.

I stayed alone in one of the rooms upstairs. Everything was perfect, the food, the room was big, spacious, and clean. The hosts are the nicest people and will make sure you have a great stay in kyoto. I would give 6 stars if i could!.

Wonderful guesthouse hosted by morio and yoshiko, who are also wonderful. A 100yearold house with only two japanesestyle guest rooms. Very spacious, each with a toilet, sink, and shared shower. Lovely breakfast and setting. There are many restaurants nearby and its easy to get to by bus or metro.

A wonderful guest house run by a loving couple who will go out of their way to make your stay the best possible. Beautifully prepared breakfast at our requested time, driving us to our initial destination for the day, lending bicycles, washing and ironing clothes, the list goes on. On our last night we were invited to join them for a memorable dinner that was a real highlight during our stay in japan. There may be a slight language barrier, but dont let it deter you - it will be a memorable stay!.
