Grids Premium Hotel Kumamoto

【Important Information for Guests Using the Kumamoto Travel Discount】

In accordance with local government regulations in Japan, this discount is only available for personal leisure stays. Bookings where accommodation costs are paid for or reimbursed by a company, organization, or other group are not eligible for the discount. Please confirm your eligibility before booking.

As required by the local government, relevant booking information for reservations using this discount will be shared with the discount program organizer for eligibility verification and subsequent audits. Guests must also complete and sign a separate paper consent form at the hotel front desk upon check-in. Guests who do not agree to share the required information or fail to sign the consent form will not be eligible for the discount.

If a subsequent review determines that the discount limit has been exceeded or that the booking does not meet the eligibility requirements, guests may be required to repay the corresponding discount amount for any excess or ineligible portion.

For further details regarding eligibility requirements, please refer to the regulations published on the local government's official website.
