【Check-in and Front Desk】
- Check-in is available from 03:00 PM to 09:00 PM.
- Check-in after 09:00 PM is not possible.
- The front desk is available until 11:00 PM.
- If arriving after 09:00 PM, an additional charge of JPY 1,000 per person will apply.
- Guests arriving after 09:00 PM must contact the property in advance. Failure to do so may result in the booking being treated as a no-show.
- Check-in after 10:00 PM is not possible, even with prior notice.


【Child Policy】Children aged 6 years and above are considered adults at this property and will be charged the adult rate.


【Dormitory Room】
- Requests for specific upper or lower beds in dormitory rooms cannot be accommodated.
- Guests under 18 years old are not permitted to stay in dormitory-type rooms.

Please note that both male and female guests may stay in the mixed dormitory.
If you prefer a female-only dormitory, please make sure to book a female-only dormitory room. If no female-only dormitory is available, we kindly ask that you consider other accommodations that offer female-only dormitories.
Please also note that after booking a mixed dormitory, we are unable to offer refunds, free cancellations, or complimentary room changes on the grounds that male guests are present.
By making the reservation, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to the above terms.


【Kyoto City Accommodation Tax】
- Accommodation tax is not included in the room rate, and must be paid at the property upon check-in.
- For room rates of JPY 20,000 or less per night per room, a tax of JPY 200 per person per night will be charged.
- For room rates between JPY 20,001 and JPY 50,000 per night per room, a tax of JPY 500 per person per night will be charged.
- For room rates of JPY 50,001 or more per night per room, a tax of JPY 1,000 per person per night will be charged.


【Pet Policy】Pets are strictly not allowed at the property.


【Quiet Hours】Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM.
The lights will be off at11:00 PM. Also, the entrance will be locked, so please refrain from going out after 11:00 PM.


As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is determined by the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows: 

【Accommodation tax through 28 February 2026】  
For room rates less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500   
For room rates of JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000  

【Accommodation tax from 1 March 2026, onwards】  
For room rates less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400  
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000   
For room rates from JPY 50,000 to less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000 
For room rates of JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000   

For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.  
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in.
