2名で予約したにも関わらず急に3名になってしまいましたが、快く対応して下さり助かりました。満室だった事やこちらの情報不備もありスタッフの方はバタバタしていましたが、本当にいい方でチェックアウト後の荷物預かりもこちらから言わなくても提案して下さいました！ お部屋はゲストハウスなのでそこまで期待はしていませんでしたが、想像以上に綺麗！お風呂もスーパー銭湯を利用するつもりでいましたが、こちらのバスルームを利用しました。十分な広さでドライヤーもありました。 京都駅からタクシーでも安く、近くに飲食店もあるので立地も良く総合するととても安かったと思います。 ただ隣の部屋の声は気になるので神経質な方は大変かと。 また利用します！ありがとうございました！

まず、部屋と部屋のしきりがしっかりしていて個室である。ほぼホテル。寮母さんのような方がしっかり見ているので、共同で使う冷蔵庫やお風呂、トイレも綺麗だ。 これで値段がそこら辺のユースホステルと同等なので、利用しない手はない。

We made our reservation online, and from the moment we arrived, we were treated like family. They speak pretty good english, the room is clean, traditional japanese food is close to some really good restaurants. Well worth the money.

We reserved 3 nights at the guest house abiya, and it was such a lovely, cozy home! All services are included, including utensils, tv, shower, washing machine, umbrellas that were very useful on rainy days, air conditioning, etc. At night, the area becomes quite quiet. The location is excellent, its close to the neighboring pontocho, palace, numerous transportation options, as well as the imperial palace. Very accommodating and welcoming hosts. We will most certainly return here the next time. Many thanks.

A really lovely traditional japanese guesthouse. Very comfortable futon beds in a large room. Natural light through the window, perfect kitchen facilities and very clean shared bathroom/toilet. Nice and quiet. The hosts were lovely, very informative and let us leave our luggage for ten hours on the last day. Perfect location for central kyoto, walkable and right next to good buses.

Menurut saya, hotel ini sangat bagus dan bersih. Yang membuat saya lega adalah kedua orang yang bekerja di sana sangat ramah. Orang Tionghoa yang datang ke sana juga sangat ramah dan menghibur! Sayangnya, tempat cuci tangan di toilet sulit dicuci dan penutupnya sering rusak.

But they provide earplugs! There is also b&b nearby. Very nice, cozy guest house.

This place is the best place to stay in kyoto. I cant recommend it enough. It has the nicest sleep ive ever had while traveling, and the communal area has a refrigerator, microwave, or washing machine.

The family provides directions and many tips to make your stay in kyoto. Abiya guest house is the ideal place to stay when visiting the city of kiyo. First of all, as if you were a returning friend or relative, the entire family welcomes you with the utmost warmth and kindness. Second, abiyaka is close to the imperial palace. Thirdly, amid convenience stores, cafes, bistros, restaurants, and even enclaves of tea houseslike inppodo, for instance, shrineshrines that are located nearby, such as convenience shops, temples at the palace, coffee shops around, eateries, onsens in the neighborhood, etc.

Berdasarkan hukum kota Kyoto, pajak akomodasi akan diminta secara langsung di properti untuk menginap mulai 1 Oktober 2018 dan seterusnya.
Mulai 01 Maret 2026, perubahan peraturan pajak lokal mewajibkan tamu untuk membayar pajak akomodasi dengan tarif terbaru, yang akan dipungut secara terpisah oleh akomodasi pada saat proses check-in. Pajak ini ditentukan berdasarkan tarif kamar dan dikenakan per orang, per malam, sebagai berikut:

Untuk tarif kamar kurang dari JPY 20.000: JPY 200
Untuk tarif kamar mulai JPY 20.000 hingga kurang dari JPY 50.000: JPY 500
Untuk tarif kamar JPY 50.000 atau lebih: JPY 1.000

【Pajak akomodasi mulai 01 Maret 2026 dan seterusnya】
Untuk tarif kamar kurang dari JPY 6.000: JPY 200
Untuk tarif kamar mulai JPY 6.000 hingga kurang dari JPY 20.000: JPY 400
Untuk tarif kamar mulai JPY 20.000 hingga kurang dari JPY 50.000: JPY 1.000
Untuk tarif kamar mulai JPY 50.000 hingga kurang dari JPY 100.000: JPY 4.000
Untuk tarif kamar JPY 100.000 atau lebih: JPY 10.000

Untuk keperluan pajak akomodasi, istilah “biaya akomodasi” mengacu pada tarif kamar saja, tidak termasuk biaya makan dan pajak konsumsi.
