Kindly follow these instructions accordingly.

(1) Check-in is from 4PM until late night. If you will be checking-in beyond 9PM, I may not be able to respond to your messages immediately. Check-Out is strictly at 10:00 AM. No extension on CHECK OUT Time since House Keeping will have to prepare the room for next occupants. For EARLY Check IN requests, it will depend on if it’s possible.
(2) Do not Eat or Drink in the Bedroom
(3.) Please do not put vomited bedding in the washing machine and store it separately.
(4) Wipe up any stains. If you vomit, use the restroom immediately and clean up with appropriate cleaning supplies instead of towels.
(5) Refrain from damaging the things inside the room to avoid extra charge.
(6) Return the remotes from their original places.
(7) Please make sure to disconnect the main plug of Barbecue Set properly. (For the Barbecue Set users ONLY)
(8) Please separate your garbage into the garbage cans provided in the guesthouse and our cleaning staff will clean up after check-out. Thank you for your cooperation.
(9) Please do not lose your door key, a fine of $56 will be charged for missing key.
(10) Kindly ensure that all traces of sand have been removed from the beach before entering the room. Please be aware that there are two washing areas available for your use: one on the deck with hot water and one at the right side of the entrance.
(11) Please use the indoor slippers at the entrance only indoors and use the deck sandals inside or outside the deck.
(12)Please do not touch or replace plugs, internet and cable wires.
(13) Please keep the place organized.
(14) Kindly turn-off the lights, the air conditioner, and other appliances when not in use. Same goes for the faucet and shower when done.
(15) Keep noise to a minimum. If you are with children, please make sure to have them behave properly.
(16) Please do the necessary CHANGES to your reservation at least two days prior to your check in date. (IF NEEDED)
(17) If something gets damaged during your stay, please inform the host immediately before you check out. Any damaged or missing items may be charged to you.
(18) Alterations to the number of guests can be made up to two days prior to the check-in date.
(19) Parking spaces are available for 8 cars.

If failure to comply with the above-mentioned notes, I may ask for extra charges.

NOTICE: PERSONAL IDENTITY VERIFICATION

Japan implements rules under Article 8, 36 of the Housing Accommodation Business Law, Article 7 of the Enforcement Regulation. Starting in 2018, All accommodation listings will need to be registered under the Hotel Law or a new law for room sharing, and will need to collect identity information. Therefore, you will be asked to fill out the URL that we will send after confirming your booking. Upon entering the guest house, please scan the QR code displayed in your room with your smartphone and complete the check-in process by entering simple information such as your name.

In addition, we (Japan Hosts) have already received instructions and requests directly from the police authorities in Aichi Prefecture to install and maintain the above-mentioned identity confirmation materials, it's also for the hosts to verify the identities of guests for their own safety and convenience. There is no need for you to worry, as all information will be kept confidential between the guests and the host. Thank you for your understanding.

(1) チェックインは午後4時から深夜まで可能です。午後9時以降のチェックインの場合、すぐにメッセージに返信できない場合があります。チェックアウトは午前10時厳守です。次の宿泊者の準備のため、チェックアウト時間の延長はできません。早めのチェックインをご希望の場合は、可能かどうかによります。
(2) 寝室での飲食は禁止です。
(3) 嘔吐物のついた寝具は洗濯機に入れず、別に保管してください。
(4) 汚れは拭き取ってください。嘔吐した場合は、すぐにトイレを使用し、タオルではなく適切な清掃用具で掃除してください。
(5) 室内の備品を破損しないようご注意ください。破損した場合は追加料金が発生することがあります。
(6) リモコンは元の場所に戻してください。
(7) バーベキューセットをご利用の方は、必ずメインプラグを正しく抜いてください。
(8) ゴミはゲストハウス内のゴミ箱に分別して捨ててください。清掃スタッフがチェックアウト後に処理します。ご協力ありがとうございます。
(9) ルームキーを紛失しないでください。紛失の場合は56ドルの罰金が発生します。
(10) ビーチから戻る際は、砂をすべて落としてから室内にお入りください。デッキには温水が使える洗い場が1か所、玄関右側にも1か所の洗い場がありますのでご利用ください。
(11) 室内では入口に置いてあるスリッパをご使用ください。デッキ内やデッキ外ではデッキ用サンダルをご使用ください。
(12) コンセント、インターネットやケーブルの配線には触れたり差し替えたりしないでください。
(13) 室内は整理整頓を心がけてください。
(14) 不在時や使用しないときは、照明、エアコン、その他の家電製品を必ず切ってください。蛇口やシャワーも使用後は必ず止めてください。
(15) 騒音は最小限にしてください。お子様連れの場合は、きちんと行動するようご注意ください。
(16) ご予約内容の変更が必要な場合は、チェックイン日の2日前までに行ってください。
(17) 滞在中に何かを破損した場合は、チェックアウト前に必ずホストへご連絡ください。破損や紛失があった場合、料金をご請求する場合があります。
(18) 宿泊人数の変更は、チェックイン日の2日前まで可能です。
(19) 駐車スペースは8台分ございます。

上記の指示に従わない場合、追加料金を請求することがあります。

さらに、私たち（日本ホスト）は、愛知県の警察当局から直接、上記の身元確認資料の設置と維持について指示および要請を受けています。これは、ホストがゲストの身元を確認し、安全性と利便性を確保するためのものです。ご心配には及びません。すべての情報はゲストとホストの間で厳重に管理され、機密が保持されます。ご理解のほど、よろしくお願い申し上げます。
