My stay at the hostel was so close to a bunch of restaurants as well as the subway line and just a 15 minute walk to the Kyoto airport so it was really convenient! I got free towels everyday and laundry was just only 200 Yen for the laundry pods. The hostess (I'm sad I didn't get her name) was nice and kind as to show me how everything works. Japanese isn't required but it was nice for me to practice some of it with her. Definitely would stay here again when I come back to Kyoto.

This hostel had a window and fan inside the spacious capsule with a foldable bed for more space. The kitchen was very clean and the laundry was free. Overall great hostel with adequate transportation near by, I would definitely book again.

It's basically a hostel with single rooms. Mostly quiet but it's impossible to close the room door without making a noise that everyone can easily hear. The price is good but there is a significant cost for late check-in.

Staf legendaris dan kamar yang luas. Mesin cuci hanya seharga 100 yen untuk mencuci dan mengeringkan (murah). Terletak 10 per 15 menit berjalan kaki dari stasiun Kyoto. Selain itu, ada bus atau metro di dekatnya yang memungkinkan Anda menjangkau sebagian besar tempat wisata. Sangat direkomendasikan!

Comfortable rooms and are run by one man who interacts with all guests and was very helpful whether it was advice on where to go or how to operate the washing machine. The lounge area was a great place to talk to people and meet new people.

I stayed in a shared room for four people. The room itself is a bit of a cramped space, but it benefits from being very well organized. There is a shared sink, sectionedoff luggage shelf, and you have your own little nook with a futon and sliding screen. The nook provides a nice bit of privacy and a private space, which is definitely a luxury in a shared room of this type and price range. It almost feels like a room within a room, although if you are on a high end, you might find it a bit uncomfortable. The only real fault for me was that the air conditioning was nowhere near enough for the space. I visited in the uncomfortable clammy heat in early September and while the lobby and common area were pleasantly cool, the room was far from. Especially if you shut your screen door. There was a small fan built into the screen wall to keep the air moving, but it really struggled to keep up. Apart from that, the stay at wind villa was great. The owner who works at the reception is very nice and friendly, ready to help, and speaks excellent english. The location is also very convenient, just a few minutes from two different convenience stores and a metro station, but not noisy because it is hidden on a small side street. If you are traveling around japan and need a comfortable place to stay while exploring kyoto, look no further.

Pengalaman menginap yang sangat menyenangkan. Namun, jaraknya lebih dekat ke Stasiun Keihan Shichijo dibandingkan Stasiun Kyoto, jadi saya selalu menggunakan taksi dari Stasiun Kyoto. Capek banget sampai tidak bisa berjalan selama 14 menit dengan barang bawaan yang berat.

Kebersihannya sangat terjaga, sesuai dengan ulasan. Lokasinya dekat dengan Candi Sanjusangendo, jadi Anda bisa pergi ke sana di pagi hari. Agak jauh dari Stasiun Kyoto, tapi berada di sepanjang jalan utama, jadi aman meskipun Anda seorang wanita berjalan sendirian di malam hari.

The only issue is that we did not stay longer in kyoto. Talk about service. Ace was really interested in what we did and visited throughout the day. He is helpful, funny, concerned about the wellbeing of his guests. Thank you for everything.
