“Hamatoku”
Price: JPY 1,980 (tax included)
According to local tax regulation, effective from October 1, 2018 guests should pay accommodation tax surcharge directly to the property upon check-in (per person per night):
Tax JPY 200 - for room rate of JPY 19,999 and under per night.
Tax JPY 500 - for room rate between JPY 20,000 and JPY 49,999 per night.
Tax JPY 1,000 - for room rate of JPY 50,000 and over per night.
As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is determined by the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows: 

【Accommodation tax through 28 February 2026】  
For room rates less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500   
For room rates of JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000  

【Accommodation tax from 1 March 2026, onwards】  
For room rates less than JPY 6,000: JPY 200   
For room rates from JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400  
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000   
For room rates from JPY 50,000 to less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000 
For room rates of JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000   

For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.  
Please settle the payment at the hotel upon check-in.
If the name on the guest's passport is different from the name on the reservation, we may not be able to accommodate you. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make sure to register the full name of the guest on the reservation as it appears on the guest's passport. If you did not register the guest's name at the time of reservation, please change the guest's name on the confirmation page of the reservation details.We prohibit the resale of reservations to others, or any reservation activities deemed for commercial purposes.
Notice of Temporary Water Suspension Due to Water Tank Renewal Works
Please be informed that temporary water suspension will take place in the hotel due to water tank renewal works on the following dates and times.

- Phase 1: August 1, 2026 – September 8, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Phase 2: November 30, 2026 – December 31, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
[Water Suspension Schedule]
- Phase 1: August 30, 2026, from 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM
- Phase 2: December 21, 2026, from 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM
[Impact]
- During the water suspension period, all water facilities in guest rooms and public areas will be unavailable.
- The hotel will remain open and operate as usual.
- Lunch service at the restaurant will be suspended on both dates above.
- Breakfast service will be available as usual.

Notice Regarding a Temporary Water Outage Throughout the Hotel and Partial Changes to Hotel Operations Due to Water Tank Renewal Work

Renewal work will be carried out on the hotel’s water storage tank. As a result, a temporary water outage throughout the hotel will occur on the dates and times listed below.
We kindly ask guests who are scheduled to stay at or visit the hotel on the affected dates to take note of this information in advance. We sincerely appreciate your kind understanding and cooperation.

Water Storage Tank Renewal Work Period
Phase 1: August 1–September 8, 2026, from 9:00 to 18:00
Phase 2: November 30–December 31, 2026, from 9:00 to 18:00

Scheduled Water Outage
Phase 1: August 30, 2026, from 11:30 to 15:30
Phase 2: December 21, 2026, from 11:30 to 15:30

Areas and Services AffectedThe water supply throughout the hotel—including guest rooms, toilets and washbasins in common areas, and the kitchen—will be suspended.
The hotel will remain open as usual; however, water will not be available during the outage.Lunch service at the restaurant will be suspended on both affected dates. Breakfast service will operate as usual.

Additional InformationGuests checking in or checking out on the affected dates will be informed through notices displayed throughout the hotel and by hotel staff directly.
Notice: All Rooms Are Completely Non-Smoking
To provide a safer and more comfortable space for the guests, the property will become completely non-smoking (including electronic cigarettes) starting from June 14, 2025 (check-out on the June 15, 2025).
A designated smoking area has been established on the second floor.
