It's was Prefect! Great location right in the middle of everything when traveling with young kid. The hotel was clean/ modern, staff great, rooms were great kids had a blast with the bunk beds and amenities like coffee, ice machine, washer/dryer added bonus.

This was the perfect hotel for our family of 4. We really like the western style bunk bed room. The hotel is also in a good central location. We highly recommend this place!

Really excellent family hotel. The kids enjoyed the bunk beds, and the room was spacious for our little family. The staff were always courteous and helpful. The location is superb, being close to everything.

My husband and I had an excellent experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and a good size, with plenty of amenities, and everything was of excellent quality. What made it even better was the staff, who were outstanding — always willing to go the extra mile to help in the best way possible

I’m very picky when it comes to hotels. The beds need to be soft but not too soft. The A/C needs to be good enough to really cool down the room. The walls need to block sound from other rooms or the hallway. I can’t really find anything negative to say about our stay here. Very nice hotel. Would stay again.

The hotel in Osaka location is very clean and the staffs are very polite. We were having a little trouble to locate next hotel to Tokyo on our trip. The staff (Danny) was very patience and helped us resolved the issue. We appreciated his help. We will definitely recommend friends and families choose this hotel for next trip. Thank you.

I just loved everything about this property, I stayed with my three kids and my sister we just loved it. The location is excellent everything at walking distance. I just cant wait to go back.

Good location, less than 10 minutes walk to train stations either Namba or Nipponbashi. Washing machine and dryer are usually busy in the morning and evening as people do not take their clothes right after the machine finished. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Room is only deep cleaned after third day of stay. However, even the second day dusts already accumulated so much from the bed linen. And not all corners were being cleaned on the third day as I wiped toilet corners and they were still plenty of dusts. However overall happy with the stay.
