Decent-sized room in a quite central spot. Very helpful crew and very nice outdoor terrace with drinks etc adjacent the reception on the 11th floor. You'll be confused by the main entrance just leading to an elevator, but it will work nicely and you'll securely use your key card to get during late evening/night. 2 minutes from nearest metro, 10 minutes walk to Shinjuku station area. No or very limited breakfast service, and not that many eat-in breakfast places. Konbinis all over, and bakeries and grocery stores within 5 minute radius.Fridge and kitchenette in the room - our room also had a handy washer/drier. Take away places just outside the door, and lots of restaurants in different areas 5 minutes away for dinner/lunch. The hotel crew will recommend good spots (thanks!!!).

Modern hotel that was spacious enough for our family of four. The lobby and terrace were a beautiful place for a morning coffee and mid day rest. Loved the days where Onigiri Mama was available with her tasty onigiri:) Short walk to Shinjuku-Sanchome station. We frequently used entrance/exit C7 to minimize outdoor walking when it was really hot

We stayed in the deluxe bunk room and loved it! The room was spacious enough to open 4 luggages…we loved the in room laundry and kitchen! The location is convenient as it’s only a few min walk to the subway station. Will definitely stay here again!

We had a family two bunk bed room for our family of four (young adult/teens) and it was great. The beds were comfortable, considerate amenities, and although small, more than enough room for us. The washer/dryer was an added bonus. The 11 floor lobby with the roof deck was awesome too with both free and purchased drinks. The location was good too, close to the busy areas but not completely in it. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. If you stay here with a family or with picky eaters, I would recommend going to Isetan B1 (downstairs) as there is an amazing food court and options to bring back food to eat or prepare at the hotel.

Super hôtel moderne ou tout était parfait. Le personnel était adorable, le confort de la chambre (frigo, micro-ondes, fer à repasser…) et surtout de la literie, Vaste choix de boissons et de produits en libre service, tout pour vous sentir bien. Super terrasse et le petit plus, la buanderie avec les machines à laver. Merci pour ce magnifique séjour 😊

Loved this place! Had two rooms booked for my family. They booked the rooms next to each other. Very accommodating, extra close to Family Marts and 7-11 for snacks, <4 minute walking distance to the train station. Great hotel!
