Fantastic option for families needing convenience and space. Stayed in a bunk room with 2 adults, 11yo, and 9yo. Sleeping space was perfect for our family. Breakfast was simple and same each day but perfect for us to start the day with. Very clean and quiet. Would absolutely recommend!

Nice, clean and spacious place for my family of 4 with 2 young kids. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. They also provide luggages transfer/ shipping service which is a plus. Totally recommended and would come back in the future.

We loved our stay in &Here Ueno. Were so glad we picked this area as our first stay in Tokyo and as a first timer in Tokyo. Not only the hotel is clean, the amenities of convenience are a plus for us family of 4. We will definitely stay here again! Hoping we’ll get our same room, Room 808.. we had the Japanese/Westerm style room! Its spacious!

The property itself was excellent — spacious, comfortable, and with a beautiful view. However, the breakfast was quite disappointing. For such a large hotel, the selection was very limited, and there was often no seating available if you arrived after 9:00 am. Guests were also expected to clear their own plates, which felt unusual for a hotel of this size. The beverage options were particularly poor, with only black coffee available and no tea selection, not even basic black tea. While the accommodation was good, the breakfast experience did not reflect the overall standard of the hotel.

The family room was very comfortable and featured a cozy lounge sitting area. A refrigerator and microwave were provided, which added to the convenience of our stay. There was also a public bath available on the top floor, which was a nice facility to have. The hotel also offered a selection of amenities in the lobby on a "take what you need" basis, which was a thoughtful and environmentally friendly touch. There was also a drinks vending machine available for guests to help themselves at any time. One area for improvement would be the laundry facilities. There were too few washing machines available, and the dryers were not very effective, as clothes were still damp even after running for an hour.

This is an exceptional property for a family visiting Tokyo. Our room was very spacious with two double beds, a sitting area, kitchen and a well thought out bathroom with lots of space. We had four adults in the room with luggage and backpacks and had plenty of room. We even had guests visit. We will definitely stay here again.
