This is really a family-friendly hotel - the room we stayed in was huge (2 queen sized beds with a 2 bunk beds) and the hotel was really conveniently located. We could walk to Akihabara and it was literally only 4-5 stops from Ginza - or a 15-20 minute taxi ride (which cost about 2700 yen). Ella was really superb too - I had booked a room which I originally thought was sufficient for my family of 3 adults and 1 baby but we quickly found out that the bed situation was not ideal for my pregnant wife and toddler. I was trying my luck to get a bigger room and fortunately, there was one available. Ella showed me to the room before letting me decide if I want to take it. Could have been a disastrous holiday in Tokyo but for Ella's intervention. Thank you and we will be sure to stay with &here again whenever we are in Tokyo!!

This hotel was so perfect for our family. We arrived a couple hours before check-in so our room wasn’t ready. They let us do the check in process so that when we came back, we could just get our bags (that they held for us so we could start exploring without dragging luggage around) and room keys and head to our room. The location is perfect and close to train stations, shopping, and dining. The park across the street is perfect for quiet morning walks. The room was spacious and immaculate. Don’t hesitate to book your stay here!

Fantastic option for families needing convenience and space. Stayed in a bunk room with 2 adults, 11yo, and 9yo. Sleeping space was perfect for our family. Breakfast was simple and same each day but perfect for us to start the day with. Very clean and quiet. Would absolutely recommend!

Nice, clean and spacious place for my family of 4 with 2 young kids. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. They also provide luggages transfer/ shipping service which is a plus. Totally recommended and would come back in the future.

We loved our stay in &Here Ueno. Were so glad we picked this area as our first stay in Tokyo and as a first timer in Tokyo. Not only the hotel is clean, the amenities of convenience are a plus for us family of 4. We will definitely stay here again! Hoping we’ll get our same room, Room 808.. we had the Japanese/Westerm style room! Its spacious!

The property itself was excellent — spacious, comfortable, and with a beautiful view. However, the breakfast was quite disappointing. For such a large hotel, the selection was very limited, and there was often no seating available if you arrived after 9:00 am. Guests were also expected to clear their own plates, which felt unusual for a hotel of this size. The beverage options were particularly poor, with only black coffee available and no tea selection, not even basic black tea. While the accommodation was good, the breakfast experience did not reflect the overall standard of the hotel.
