The atmosphere is calm and not overly busy. The restaurant serves delicious food and is amiable.

Excellent stay, but the hotel does not offer many dining options. The ski in and ski out service was excellent. Breakfast was adequate, although not exactly what i would have expected from such a lovely hotel. Rooms are immaculate and very cozy, offering breathtaking winter views. Buses will take you to Hirafu, Kutchan, and other locations where you can get food.

The staff, especially novita, were very helpful and kind. After, we really liked the ski in/ski out aspect. Subsequently, this hotel is very nice with a boutique design.

The hotel is conveniently connected to the niseko village ski resort. For friends who enjoy skiing, ski inski out is a great option. The living area is somewhat loose, and the room is quite large. Miele appliances are used for the kitchen appliances. It appears that they have spent countless dollars on decor.

We had an amazing time during our stay here. The skiin and skiout experience was fantastic! The staff is helpful and kind. On a blue bird day, we were able to see mount yotei right outside our window. What s incredibly beautiful!.

I really appreciate the wonderful views of yotei from a high floor and the kind staff. Not ski out, but the view makes up for it. Quiet area, great if you have enough of the parties and loud people in hirafu.

I would definitely recommend it if you want a nice place to relax at night and hit the more peaceful slopes compared to the busier hirafu area. Fantastic hotel with really nice rooms that provide incredibly comfortable stays in niseko village. The skiing sites are connected by teeming with gondola routes that take 3 minutes to reach the slope, and its comparatively quiet unless you wish to hit up the green or black hills.

A very nice apartment hotel! Full set of kitchen appliances, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. The location is great. There is magic carpet right out the door and a cable car up there. In the lobby on the first floor of the hotel, there is sydney ski equipment rental shop, and the price is not expensive. I am amazed by the service. Every employee is very friendly. Also met mr. Mandarin speaker. Hes very cute. This hotel is really good. Will stay here again next year and will rate this hotel even more. Recommended to friends and family!.

We stayed in this hotel in february 2020. The hotel is beautiful and the service is excellent. They have modern, clean, and spacious rooms. Its easy to ski in and out. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back.

The room faces the snow field and is very comfortable. It was upgraded to a onebedroom suite for free and the service was excellent. The kitchen is really convenient and i will continue to live here when ive skiing in the future.

The hotel is excellent. The staff is amiable and extremely helpful. I was expecting some chaos because the hotel just opened two weeks ago, but it turned out to be okay. Excellent location for accessing different ski tracks and a convenient shuttle service. No complaints! Will return next year.

We would definitely stay here again. Beautiful, wellappointed rooms with everything you need for a comfortable extended stay. We were in sydneys onebedroom suite and had nespresso pods, washerdryer with detergent provided, kimonos and slippers for the onsite onsen, bluetooth speaker, and interesting books to browse. The room was very spacious for 3 adults, while the sofabed was made up in the bedroom, it was easy to transfer the bedding to the living room couch. Since the hotel doesnt have many rooms (compared to Hilton, green leaf, etc. ), it felt like he was id be looking for an extremely private boutique hotel. There was rarely anyone else in this onset, but when we went to his outdoor onsee at green leaves, its packed and not at all relaxing. Onsite ski rentals were like private shops, so the ski valet quickly learned our names and room number. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, as was the concierge service, which was useful in helping us make and cancel bookings. Most nights for dinner, we took the convenient shuttle into hirafu. Although the hotels restaurant looked good, there was still hardly any noise.
