Reception staff was helpful. Assisted with luggage transfer to next city. Self serve style hotel. Discard your own towels and linen and collect your own at reception for your room. About a 15 mins walk to the Electric Town Gate with 2 young kids.

직원분도 너무 친절하시고, 대로변에 있는게 아니다보니 주변도 조용해서 숙박하기에 너무 좋았습니다. 욕실과 화장실이 분리되어 있는 점도 일행이 있는 여행에선 나름 편했구요. 세븐일레븐 같은 편의점은 조금 걸어야 하지만 (미니스탑은 가깝습니다.) 마트가 있어서 편의점 보다는 저렴한 가격으로 필요 물품이나 야식등을 구매할 수 있었습니다.~

Our stay at Hotaku Hotel was great! Check in/out: Our flight was delayed, and we arrived at 1230am, over 3 hours later than expected. Check in was a breeze, and we were in our room within 5 minutes. Same with check out. The front desk was not manned, but we didn't have any issues. Room: Small but clean. Room had 2 beds, and I think a chair was converted to make a 3rd bed that was pushed up against one of the beds. It was meant to fit 4 people, and it only worked out because our kids are smaller. The beds comfortable, the bedding cozy, and even converted bed wasn't bad. The bathroom was clean. Toilet was in it's own room, which is so convenient when all of us needed to get ready. There was a private balcony, but unfortunately, we weren't able to use it since it rained during our stay. Amenities: The room was stocked with enough towels, toothbrushes and toothpastes, razors and hairbrushes. And they were available in the lobby if you needed more, which we didn't. They also had self luggage storage. Location: About 10-15 minutes walk to multiple stations, 2 blocks from a 7/11 and there may have been a small market nearby. We found it after check out, so we didn't get a chance to explore.

Buena ubicación, zona, personal muy amable y con buen nivel de inglés, limpio, lo único negativo es que se escucha mucho el ruido de otras habitaciones, si hay niños gritando se escucha como si tuvieran la puerta abierta de la otra habitación.

Since we are a large group, they put us to their accomodations home near the hotel. It was such a nice house with 3 floors, multiple rooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed staying in that house.

A good stay. The room was clean but quite small for the whole family of 4, very quiet neighbourhood, staff were nice and helpful, and about a 10 minute walking distance to Akihabara Station. We also split our stay skipping one night to travel to Lake Kawaguchiko, and was able to leave our suitcases locked. Then we took them back after rechecking in. The common area on 2F includes a microwave, so we could buy ready-made food at the near supermarket and heat them up for our breakfast.

Excelente atención del personal. Me ayudaron con el check in el checkout y en llamar a un Taxi y hacer recomendaciones para regresar al aeropuerto que me ahorro dinero. La habitación la sentí amplia para el estándar de Japón. Hay un supermercado y lavandería en la esquina del hotel. A 15 min caminando de akihabara. Lo unico es que no tiene ninguna estación de metro cercana

The staff is professional, polite, and very helpful. The rooms are clean with nice amenities. I stayed in 4 different hotels in my trip across Japan and this was my favorite.
