The view from the rooftop was also amazing. The front desk staff was polite and i appreciated it. I was very happy to be able to see the sky tree from my room. If you get the chance, ill be back to work with you again.4,8/530 Mei 2024

I had a great time discovering hia application, and i was very pleased with it. It is located in the asakusa district, albeit tucked away from the center, yet conveniently close to an mtr station. I want to give kudos to the personnel. They were always amazing and helpful. The room was quite small, but that wasnt surprising for tokyo. Would have appreciated if there had been one bottle of water, however, you do have clean and very comfortable jammies available at all times.4,8/513 Jun 2023

I was sad to leave and would gladly return. The entire staff at the hotel were friendly, efficient, and extremely helpful. They also didnt mind spending a little extra time talking to solitary travelers like me (thanks, chaps). The room was compact, comfortable, wellorganized, which was all i needed for this particular sight seeing vacation. Cleaning, room service, etc. Are provided in your room upon arrival (worth examining for schedules etc before booking if you are unfamiliar with them. Although the air conditioner and heater control is in japan, the staff will assist you in setting the temperature of the room. While the hotels location is quiet, it is close to popular local attractions. Additionally, its conveniently located near metro lines to the airport and famous city sights. Recommended! The rooftop and the room both provide direct views of the skytree, which makes it even more comfortable in the summer. The space is comparatively larger and more cozy because the two of us stayed in a triple room.4,4/521 Jan 2024

The location is not far from asakusa station, which is very convenient. It is also very close to sensoji temple. This is a very good hotel. Very convenient and the price is quite reasonable. I feel like i will book it again the next time ive in tokyo. Walking to ueno at night is another very handy. Overall very satisfied!.4,4/529 Jul 2023

Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend their services. We were very impressed with the team, who were extremely helpful and cheerful. This was our first time visiting japan, and they proactively resolved many of the challenges we faced with kindness and professionalism. For example, they assisted us in retrieving our lost item from osaka and delivered it to tokyo, explained train lines in toko and made reservations for us with pleasure and grin.4,4/523 Jul 2023

The staff were very helpful and friendly during my stay. They even helped me get my phone back when i lost it on the train. The triple room is located on the side of the road. Although the room may be compact, two suitcases can still fit inside. The skytree is visible from the accommodation. I believe living for five days is comfortable. Toei Asakusa is relatively close to the subway. Returning to narita airport is quite convenient, but it is far from other subways that take you to Ginza.4,2/524 Apr 2024

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was a super hotel for exploring tokyo. The rooms are small but adequate. Staff were friendly and everything was clean / working well. Best part was the roof terrace which was perfect for our 711 breakfast every morning. It overlooks the river and was really nice.4,2/522 Des 2023

We visited in february 2023. The only drawback for us as an american tourist is the small size of the bedrooms, but we managed. We were able to fit two carryons and a large suitcase in the room with us and still have space. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone passing through asakusa as tast or staying for ages, friendly staff who also spoke english, maintenance was kept up every day we requested, the views were amazing, and it was within walking distance of i train station. There are many activities in town, delicious food, festivals, shopping, etc. Our checkout time was 10 am, which we had no problem with, plus they kept our luggage safe in front of us in lobby because our flight didnt leave until 5 pm. The room was quite small, with only enough space for walking and no washing machine in the suite. However, the bathroom and shower are spacious. Daily fresh towel service is provided. Our room has a small drink cooler with rooftop access around the clock and views of the sky tree! Its beautiful at night. We were allowed to store our luggage before checkin while exploring the neighborhood by the front desk. The location is right next to the asakusa line and 10 minutes walk from the Ginza line. Sensoji is 10minute walk away. There is plenty of delicious food nearby. Great location for exploring other parts of tokyo!.4,2/529 Jun 2023
