The room set-up was perfect for our family of four. Staff was very friendly. The laundry in the hotel worked well and was very convenient for doing a quick load. We loved that the hotel was in a quiet residential neighborhood with good access to a train station and in close proximity to 7-11.

A nice modern property with everything you need for a short stay. The hotel is modern, in a quiet area but close to the Metro. The only thing to consider is the rooms are very small with limited head height in sleeping areas (you can’t stand up), aside from that, it’s a great choice!

Small but very comfortable and well equipped room, great use of space, very clean, excellent shower and bathroom, had fridge and freezer as well as a hotplate for basic cooking, good location in Ryogoku a few minutes away from the station and 15 minutes walk from Asakusa. Had convenient laundry facility.

This hotel was great, especially considering they had rooms for 4 people. The area was very clean and quiet. We used it as a hub to walk to Sensō-ji and Tokyo Skytree. If you prefer public transit there was a subway station very close. Staff was kind and helpful as well.

Nous avons été super bien reçus. Personnel à l’écoute et bienveillant comme toutes les personnes au Japon d’ailleurs. 😅❤️ L’appartement était bien conçu. Dans l’ensemble bien insonorisé. Même si parfois on entendait un peu mais franchement c’est très très correct. Car j’ai une ouïe supersonique 😂😂 Bien situé. Pas loin du train, métro.. Propreté correct. 👍 après je suis maniaque 😂😂😂 donc ce n’est jamais assez pour moi. J’y retournerai avec grand plaisir 💗

The staff and service at Hotel Arcens was exceptional - staff when above and beyond to accommodate our requests and even followed up with us after we checked out. The hotel is in a charming neighborhood within easy walking distance of transit as well as a number of attractions. Travellers who are tall should note that the beds are in lofted spaces with low ceiling heights, and those with mobility issues should note that there are the multiple level changes within the room.

We had a fantastic experience. During our visit back to Tokyo, we will undoubtedly return here! We can't express how positively we enjoyed it! Our inimitable host, aitsu, did everything in his power to raise our spirits about our trip to Tokyo, by providing us with information and guidance from the moment we arrived. Due to its convenient proximity to ryogoku station, we were able to begin the tour by experiencing the aerial view from the Tokyo skytree and then visiting the ahikibara, reno park, and edo museum. The room, which was expertly designed to maximize space, provided us with excellent sleep. Aitsu keeps it spotlessly clean, and all the facilities are brand-new and of excellent quality, so we had everything we required. Close to ryogoku station and nearby convenience stores, there are a number of excellent restaurants.

When we return to Tokyo, we will undoubtedly return here! We cannot adequately praise our time in Tokyo! Our unrivaled host, aitsu, did everything in his power to cheer us up about our time in Tokyo by providing us with information and advice from the moment we arrived. The hotel itself is conveniently close to ryogoku station, allowing us to start the trip by viewing the aerial view from the Tokyo Skytree and then seeing the nearby Reno Park, Ahikibara, and Edo Museum. We slept in a comfortable room with an efficient layout to maximize room space. Aitsu keeps it immaculately clean, and all the amenities are brand-new and of high quality, so we had everything we required. Near ryogoku station, there are several excellent restaurants, and nearby convenience stores.

Compact quarters in the industrial side of Sumida river. Low ceiling sleeping areas. No separate toilet area. Even though each room is equipped with a kitchenette, there are no dishes or utensils; you have to check them out from the front desk. Modern industrial design. No services, l limited amenities, and only one washer / dryer for 9 units.

Place is really good for the price. Staff were amazing check out 15 min late cus my stomach was hurting and they were ok with it. They prove toiletries. Only bad thing its a bit of a walk from subway. Also they have stove and all but no pots and pans. Not a lot of room in living area.
