はじめて利用させていただきました静かところで落ち着いて滞在できましたコンビニも徒歩3分ぐらい田町駅まで行かないと好みの食事はできないかなぐらいビジネスが東京駅から港区周辺だったのでアクセスも楽でした

Perfekte Lage und ruhig und nicht überlaufen, was in Tokio echt selten ist. Die Anbindung war super, man kommt überall schnell hin. Das Personal war durchgehend sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind zwar klein, aber absolut normal für Tokio und völlig ausreichend. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen!

Five Stars! The staff was super nice and help full! They even fixed the mistake that I made by booking a smoking room when we were not smokers, they switched us to the same type of room but non-smoking! Thanks again!!!

・前回、デスクの照明が暗かったので電気スタンドを貸してもらったところ、今回何も　言わなくても用意してくれたのでとてもうれしかったです。・朝食は高いですが、中身はとても良いので満足しています。・朝食時間は７時からですが、６時３０分からになるともっといいと思います。・前回部屋の清掃が３日に１度となっていて不満でしたが、毎日清掃してもらえる選択　　　　　もあったので、ほっとしました。これからも定宿にしようと思いました。

田町駅を出て7〜8分のところにあります。場所は分かりやすく、ホテル周辺はとても静かです。またちょっと歩いて通りに出ればコンビニから居酒屋、レストランに蕎麦屋などもありとても便利でした。ホテルのコンディションは良く、清掃もきちんとしてもらえ快適。空港にも近いし、都心へのアクセスも便利なので、また利用したいと思います。お世話になりました！

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für eine Tokio-Reise Das Hotel Gracery hat mich komplett überzeugt. Der Check-in verlief absolut reibungslos und das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer bieten alles, was man braucht, und sind extrem sauber. Ein riesiger Pluspunkt ist die erstklassige Verkehrsanbindung – man kommt von hier aus überall unkompliziert hin. Zudem gibt es in der direkten Umgebung zahlreiche Konbinis und Restaurants, die bis spät in den Abend geöffnet haben, was super praktisch ist. Auch das Gepäckhandling vor der Abreise war gar kein Problem. Eine absolute Empfehlung für alle, die eine stressfreie Unterkunft in Tokio suchen! Ich komme nächstes Jahr gerne wieder!

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice rooms, nice location with a lot of useful places and good places to eat in walking distance. The bed was the standard stiffness that I found in most hotels in Japan. The room for 1 was very nice with enough room for luggage and has a desk which I appreciated.

Good location, good staff, delicious breakfast. Room is big enough to open up a 29-inch suitcase, which is relatively spacious for rooms in Tokyo. Will definitely come back again.

I lovely, fancy, pretty Hotel :) The rooms are warm and comfortable, and emmaculate whenever the cleaning ladies did there thing. Theres was a lil mini fridge in my room, desk with a mirror, and controlled heating? The beds are comfortable, and the area is nice and quiet. Theres a train station LITERALLY around the corner, along with several mini marts(7/11, Familt martLawson, etc), even a supermarket in one spot. Theres also a few resturants in this same area, so you wont havta worry abut going hungry. The hotel itself, the staff were kind, curteous, never rude, felt very welcome during my stay. Theres even a bunch of free extras for guests by the lifts(elavtor to you others). Like toothbrushes, body lotion, razords, cotton swabs, I think they even had combs? Complimentary. That is a very nice feature indeed. If I ever when to tokyo again, I would stay HERE, no question. I would be very happy to, so long as it stays as high quality as it is now
