I was pleased with the hotel. We tend to stay in more expensive places, but this was a great price in the area. Not too far to walk from the station or there is also tainan bus. The room was clean and quiet. I would stay again.

Its reasonably priced and tidy. There are no frills, but its not a dump. It is really minimalist. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind!.

At the conclusion of my japanese trip in late may 2023, i stayed at the hotel. I adored the location, which was close to shibuya and ebisu. The personnel were really kind and welcoming. In a single word, the rooms were filthy the shower curtain was black with mildew. Hair was all over the floor. Although ill stay here again, im going to request more frequent cleanings.

I recently stayed at the mustard hotel in shibuya, tokyo, and had mixed feelings about my experience. Lets start with the positives. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and spoke very well english, which is uncommon in japan. It was refreshing to communicate easily with employees and get any assistance i needed. Shibuyan station and scrramble square were both within a 15minute walk of the hotel. There were many bars and restaurants nearby, as well as ulife supermarket and supreme store, adding convenience to my stay. I particularly liked the allwhite minimalist design of Mustard hotels rooms, especially the large size. This had resembling elegance and cleanliness. Another unique feature was that unlike many hotels in china, the motel didnt have frosted windows. That allowed for allowing for an outside view, something ive appreciated. However, there were some aspects of this hotel that left me disappointed. First, for environmental reasons, they only cleaned the rooms every three days for extended stays. While ill understand the intention behind this, it was inconvenient, particularly since he was paying for the accommodation as part of ten stars. Additionally, despite the fact that the window curtains were installed three centimeters too short from each side, sunlight could see into the room from the sides, even when the shades were fully set up. On april 23 th, i spent two weeks here. The location couldnt have been better. It is spotless, the restrooms and showers are cozy, and everything functions flawlessly. My only small comment is that there is burger place right next to the hostel, which we were able to use as perks. I wasnt aware of it, lol.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the mustard hotel. The room was really simple, being all white with plywood, but it was very nice and relaxing. Also, the double room had a lot of space. Although the bathroom is fairly small, it wasnt causing any problems for us because it still had an ensuite shower head and toilet, so all you need was there. Every morning, breakfast was excellent, with dozens of different dishes to choose from, along with some juices and hot coffee. Its kind of located between shibuya station and ebisu station, which we thought was ideal. From here, you can get anywhere pretty easily, and its only walked to the famous Shibuyan scrramble crossing. Additionally, this area is quite cool, especially when walking to either station. I highly recommend staying here if youre looking for something more affordable.

The mustard hotel is the best hotel ive ever stayed in in tokyo. The staff, especially molie, are very friendly and helpful. Also, the hotel offered free motorbikes, which was a great way to see the city (you need to have the correct license). I would recommend it 10/10 and i will definitely be back.

This hotel was excellent. Our room had a bunk bed and was small but functional. There are numerous electrical outlets throughout, as well as usb ports and lights by each bed. The common bathroom was generally quite clean, with heated toilets/bidets and shower rooms with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided. On the main floor, there is n restaurant on the 7th floor and u. S.C., also theres ota 24 hour laundromat next to the hotel with reversible change machine. Very pleasant front desk. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are exactly as advertised and wellfurnished. Although the bathrooms are shared, there are enough to avoid waiting in line. The staff was very friendly and didnt even tell us how to get to the kitchen, but they were always ready to help when we needed them.
