I lover the place, very, very beautiful. But staff don't speak english much. But the place it fantastic, it is so beautiful cover in snow breakfast and dinner are all inclusive, I didn't know until I find the place to eat . You need to mark advance booking, that all. If receptionist can information me that... I give 100% recommend but from my struggles it now 98% lol cuz the place is amazing. PS it very big. Food is very authentic not tourist style

4月頭に家族4人（夫婦子供2人）で利用させていただきました。建物がとても可愛く、受付の方もとても気持ちよく対応していただきました。到着が13時過ぎでしたが、そのままチェックさせていただき帰りもお部屋を長く使わせていただき大変利便よく過ごさせていただきました。全体的に経年劣化を感じましたが、目の前がゲレンデで子供連れにとっては何も不自由なく過ごせてこちらのホテルを利用させていただきとても満足しています。お子様とのスキー、スノボはオススメですよ！

Hotel ini dilengkapi dengan resor ski yang beroperasi di musim salju. Akses juga cukup mudah karena memiliki free shuttle dari stasiun echigo yuzawa atau dengan taxi sekitar 400 entri. Tempat yang sangat cocok untuk liburan keluarga karena memiliki kamar keluarga, gaya Jepang dengan pemandangan yang menakjubkan di pagi hari. Jika anak Anda ingin bermain di dalam ruangan, hotel ini juga memiliki arena game center.

I will be returning, hopefully they will look into the issue. a great location for kids to beg to ski. And there are many other activities to do after skiing. Easy access to the ski lift. Bear in mind that ski school is all Japanese. So my kids essentially follow their actions, coach is very friendly and patience. Room was fantastic, breakfast was good but sadly the same menu every day. Most of the hotel staff don't really speak English but we were able to survive.

Most of my vacations there were spent skiing. I chose it because I went with my son, who is 15 years old, and it was very close to the Shinkansen station, the ski slopes, and I am not an expert skier. This location is excellent if you want to avoid taking the shuttle hotel ski tracks. Do not expect a 45 star resort in the hotel, but if you intend to enjoy skiing, I feel comfy enough to sleep. The hotel is gigantic, and you must take some time to get used to the facilities. There are many restaurants, but most of them serve the same meals. They may have special alternatives that require additional fees depending on the specialty of the restaurant. You must reserve a time because otherwise, there is a significant wait to get seated. The morning is more difficult because there are no reservations made, and you may get bored if you stay long. However, if your kid is eating regularly, you should not have any concerns. It's good, I think. There aren't many places to eat around. The check-in and check-out are the main issue, it may take a long time because of the number of people moving in and out, but the lifts are not big, so you may have to wait for a very lengthy time. Getting used to the location will save you time and a little bit of effort.

The three buildings in this gigantic hotel are astounding. The reception is appealing. Although it is stated that we can ski in, we must climb a hill after skiing to get to the hotel. We are supposed to be able to avoid the uphill climb by riding on a lift chair, but the queue is very long, and despite the effort necessary, ascending a hill is much easier. Despite having some intriguing slopes, this resort is not for snowboarders. Either access to the lifts or to the slopes is too flat, so this will require some flipping or even walking, as well as most slopes are not too flat, but most of the slopes are not too flat, and most of the slopes are sections that require us to flip, stride, or walk. Im a family of four with children ages 7 to 5, and stayed for three nights skiing. We chose a sizable room with two levels of stairs. 7 adults can be comfortably accommodated in the apartment, which is quite large. At first, it's quite impressive, but after passing through several times, I'm beginning to realize how amazing it is. I desired to have a sizable room with no stairs because of the door opening, which forces you to carry heavy luggage down to and when you leave, it descends via a number of stairs. I felt that I would like to have a sizable room without a staircase. At the conclusion, I would advise looking further and comparing other accommodations before picking this one. The hotel is situated at the end of an uphill road. Except the hotel shuttle, there is no transportation. Since I rented a car, it wasn't an issue for me. So, if you don't, be prepared to eat at the hotel every meal. For breakfast and dinner buffet, I had brunch in the restaurant. Ive visited many different ski resorts and onset resorts. One of the worse things about this is it seems to me. The meal options and selections are underaverage. After once tried the restaurant, I chose to go out for breakfast and dinner! I went to Shiva open for ski in the beginning of this year

Its a huge hotel with all facilites. The rooms were ok, but you could see that it is an older hotel and could use some refurbishement. The restaurants on site was mostly buffet and not something to write home about. The area is fantastic though.

夕食込みのプランで宿泊しましたが、夕食はビュッフェ形式で5会場ほどあり、全てが予約制でした。18時前にチェックインしましたが、すでに1会場は予約で満席。残りの4つのうち1会場は、追加料金が必要。残りの3会場の予約は、全て(最終案内と思われる)20時半以降しか空いていませんでした。夕食込みのプランの場合は、チェックインを早めして、すぐ会場を予約することをお勧めします。
