ホテルのキレイさも、駐車場の停め易さも、スタッフさんの対応も、すべて、満足です。そちら方面に行く時は、いつも利用させて頂いてます。人気なので、土日祝前日は、早めに予約しないといけないので、いいのか？悪いのか？って感じです。直前に予約をとらないといけないことが一度あって、泣く泣く、他のホテルをとったことがあります😭

木曜日という事もあるかと思いますが、部屋のアップグレードしていただいてました。お風呂のお湯も良く、とても快適に過ごさせていただきました。

連休の最終日だったので空いていました。3時前にチェックイン。スタッフはマスク、フェイスガード着用。エレベーター、客室、廊下などいたるところに消毒液が置かれていました。食事処の座席も間隔を取ってありました。朝食バイキングでは手袋着用。安心して過ごせました。最近は団体客がいないのもありがたいです。

My wife and I stayed there for five nights, and our son and his wife stayed for three. The older tower with checking, lobby, and restaurants is the newer tower and my son's room, the most western looking room, the room on the first floor. My wife and I stayed in the older tower. There is a bathroom with a few steps up about a foot to get in and a taiyama eating area in every room. Our room was quite comfortable. My wife thought the bed was too hard, but I did well. Every room has a balcony. A beautiful view of Fuji if you stay in the older tower and the weather is clear. At three different restaurants, we enjoyed breakfast and dinner. The cuisine was excellent, and as one would expect from a Japanese service, was excellent and courteous. As some people have said, the older tower needs to be cleaned up a little on the outside so it doesn't appear worn out. Our room in the older tower was only clean and modern though.

What a fantastic location, close to Tokyo but you would never guess it. Excellent facilities and warm welcome from the staff. The facilities are what you would expect for the price, but I understand they have an imperial suite, but we didn't stay there.

I'd choose here to stay again if I had the opportunity to travel there on business. The spa is nothing but the reason to choose this hotel as a business trip destination because of Covid 19's limitations. Although a few operations were not as satisfactory as anticipated, such as mine, their personnel stated that their Chinese restaurant was starting when I asked because of concerns about covid 19's limitations, but it was already closed at the end. Finally, they provided a food package, which I could have in my own room. I could still relax in the spa's fragrance of cypress, which is amazing even though it has been years since it has been built. Also, the outdoor bath jacuzzi is really lovely, and the sight of trees from the jacuzzi makes me rest.

The atmosphere at the resort is very pleasant. During our visit, they treated us so welcoming and did a very nice job. The atmosphere is nice with a waterfall and cool water. The atmosphere is also clean with beautiful cherry trees on the entrance. The restaurant served yummy food like bento and crab legs.

遅いチェックインでしたが、きちんと対応頂き気持ちよく滞在できました。設備は古いですが、きちんと清掃、メンテナンスされている印象です。温泉は時間が遅くて入らなかったのは残念でしたが、別のおお風呂に入ることができました。

Helpful and friendly staff. The Onsen is very nice especially the outside area that you can hire. The beds were comfortable. Not a lot of space for storage of clothes and luggage in the rooms. The Japanese restaurant in the spa was good and affordable. The Chinese restaurant was good food. The hotel and rooms are dated and need a Refresh. Nice views of the surrounding landscape. 5 min drive to a town with supermarkets and restaurants.

A lovely and peaceful location not far from Tokyo and only a 10-minute drive from shining keen superb park. The service and employees are extremely welcoming. Lovely hotel grounds on a golf course. In my opinion, they should use camping or clamping. Would be a popular spot. We observed rabbits running around. The hotel is older but very well-kept. In the summer, there is a large pool. Several restaurants. From the start is very lovely. They have another bath on the 12th floor, but it is not natural-onset water. The issue is that it closes at 8:30 am the last door is 800 and 1100 am. Its closing at 8 am the last entry. There isn't much chance to enter after breakfast. I wish I could have stayed until 900 or 9:30 like other locations. We suggest having fun here, golf, or summer pool time.

年に何回も旅をしてますが、良くも悪くも古くて懐かしかったです。チェックインとチェックアウトは、都市部の新しいホテルと比較するととても遅いです。あとは、内線でホテル発のバス時間をたずねたら、2階のロビーに貼ってあると年輩の男性従業員に説明されました。他のホテルで経験のない対応の悪さに、呆れて笑ってしまいました。それくらいは許容範囲なのですが、部屋の周囲の音はうるさくて残念でした。
