The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options for all tastes. The staff was extremely kind and always willing to help with any issue or request you might have. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. Definitely a place worth recommending.

Breakfast = amazing! So much variety and all seasoned perfectly. Bedroom = Very good. Lots of little extras like toiletries/combs/slippers in case you forget anything. Only downside was mattress was so hard :( Onsen = Very good. It's a single onsen but was nice to have at the end of a long day Area = Very good. Not too loud and still close to lots of bars/restaurants/subway Overall a very good location and hotel. I would stay again

I'm not regret choosing this as my 1st osaka trip hotel! The hotel staff were very friendly and the room is very nice, although a little bit small but is enough for 2 pax! Me and my wife enjoy the stay in this hotel, and it is very close to Shinsaibashi shopping street and there's a lot of food nearby to the hotel, if you looking hotel for your osaka trip, this is your best choice!

Amazing hotel to finish off our amazing stay in Japan. Great location less than 5min walk from busy Dontobori. Great staff, good and clean facilities. Daily little buffet with different assortment of breads, coffee, teas (hot and cold oolong), as well as, 'detox water'.

Very quiet and clean room. A bit small but I guess that’s how things are in Japan. The location is really spot on as you are close to dotonburi and so close to the metro. I would highly recommend.

I thought the rooms were pretty spacious for the price! It was clean! But i booked two twin beds and received a queen bed room when we got to the room. I didn’t want to go back to the front desk to switch rooms again so I guess it was on me but I didn’t know until we reached the room. The hot spa was small but nice! There were 2 laundry rooms in the hotel (6 machines total, and each full cycle wash/dry was 2 hrs long so it was pretty long to wait for an open machine). As for the location, it was convenient but loud at night since its surrounded by bars and drunk people
