Gutes Hotel für die Nacht vor dem Abflug. Sauber und gut ausgestattet. Nahe der Bahnstation und gute Restaurants in der Umgebung. Shuttle zum Terminal fährt halbstündlich und pünktlich.

We always stay in this hotel whenever we are in Tokyo,they have a free shuttle bus going to the hotel and back to the airport.Buffet breakfast is really good,room is clean.Staff is very friendly and helpful,will definitely come back.

The hotel staff goes above and beyond to make the it a pleasant stay. The location is accessible to stores, restaurants and bars. The breakfast has a variety of options for different touring activities such as hot breakfast or American continental.

Warmest compliments for the cheerful, professional welcome from both the JAL City Reception staff and Breakfast team, who organised an outstanding buffet service with a vast array of hot and cold options. Cereals, yogurt, fruit, eggs, meat, fish, salad, soup, rice, noodles, natto....everything you could imagine! Should you need other travel supplies, the hotel location is under 2 minutes walking distance away from 24hr-shops on Anamori Fureai street, opposite the main lobby entrance. We also enjoyed superb pre-arrival Q&A guidance via Expedia messaging tool. This puts new travellers' minds at ease to swiftly navigate very busy Haneda airport and be confident to locate the correct hotel shuttle service. Both the arrival and departure shuttles were supported by bi-lingual driver guidance too.

Rooms were sufficient with great air conditioners and clean. Hotel staff were very helpful and amazing. Breakfast menu and staff were very good. Only thing we could add is, if there could be a safety grab bar to enter the bathtub.

We are always more than happy to stay this hotel. One thing I would let them tell is... We have stayed this hotel multiple times. We got rides on free hotel shuttle. This time we realized that the last shuttle from hotel to airport departs at 11:30 am. Our flight was at about 10 pm. We would appreciate if the hotel provides more airport bound shuttles in the afternoon.

though it is not located inside of the airport but the hotel shuttle is rather very convenient from the T1 (JAL), if you arrive before the earlier part of the evening. shuttle runs about every 30 minutes from the hotel back to the airport, most interestingly, there are 2 shuttle buses from the hotel as one goes directly to the international terminal T3 and the other one goes to the T1 JAL terminal. I found this service is extremely thoughtful and super convenient for the customers. The morning bus ride to the hotel is only less than 10 minutes. Inside of the hotel is super clean and quiet. The staff are all very friendly. There is a restaurant that serves diner from 7PM on weekend. I saw a convenient store and a beefbowl fast food restaurant across the street from the hotel. There is a sizable Japanese shrine within the walking distance. It is a very nice hotel for overnight stay while transit through the Haneda Airport.
