This place has an expensive price. The average is the same.

The hotel is located close to okubo jr station, where many restaurants and convenience stores are located. The hotels decor is ancient. Hotel staff members are helpful and speak both japanese and mandarin. Nonsmokers may not like the hotel because it is filled with smoke. If hygiene is not your primary concern, i still recommend it.

The cleanliness of the rooms is very good. You pay a quarter of what other people charge you and you get fewer services.

I stayed here for 3 nights on my own. The location is great. There are many restaurants and convenience stores around. Opposite okubo station and not far from shinjuku. At the reception, the man was helpful. Internet in the room is quite weak, but thats not a big deal to me. Even i slept alone, it was safe.
