I checked in around 2pm and was warmly welcomed by two friendly and professional staff members. They went above and beyond to assist with arranging my airport transfer, which was greatly appreciated. The room was lovely, spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is also in a fantastic location, making it easy to get around. A wonderful stay and I would happily return.

This location is extremely good. Close to the station - and within walking distance from most things - like Fushimi Inari and Kiyomizu-dera and from there an easy walk to Nishiki Market and others. And while having your breakfast in the hotel - you can enjoy the view to Higashi Hongan-ji across the road. And do yourself a favor -and vist the Shoseien Garden 200m away. Beautiful.

Hotel Kuu is a small well located hotel with very friendly, helpful staff. I visit Kyoto twice a year and always stay at the Kuu. They offer a very good breakfast and I especially like the public bathes located on the property.

If you’re coming to Kyoto, STAY HERE! It has the perfect mix of traditional ryokan style and modern amenities, plus the onsen is amazing! The staff were all very helpful and allowed me into the onsen even with tattoos. The staff also provided a lot of optional free tours like their bus service which takes you around the popular temples of Kyoto! Next vacation we are definitely staying here again!

목욕탕이 소욕장이 대욕장에 비해 아쉽다는 것 빼고 룸 컨디션도 좋았고 4명이서 지내기에 정말 좋았습니다. 조식은 일본식으로도 훌륭하고 양식 메뉴도 일부 제공되는데 프렌치토스트는 인생 프렌치토스트라 해도 될 정도로 살살 녹았네요. 가족 단위로 교토 온다고 하면 또 올 것 같습니다.

La situation de cet hôtel est exceptionnelle : face à un temple majestueux et à quelques minutes à pied de la gare de Kyoto, parfait pour rayonner dans la ville et pour les excursions au départ de Kyoto ! Petit-déjeuner buffet incroyable, personnel souriant et disponible, chambre avec vue sur le temple incroyable. A deux pas de la gare tous les commerces et restaurants sont évidemment à proximité immédiate.

位置優越，鄰近京都車站，交通、購物、吃飯也非常方便。又在東本願寺對面，感覺非常寧靜。酒店設有溫泉，對喜歡浸溫泉的我來説，簡直是最好不過呢！

Everything was amazing. All the staff are incredible. The location was beautiful. The room was clean and extremely comfortable. The amenities were all awesome. One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kyoto!

Super hôtel avec Onsen. Situé dans un quartier calme mais à proximité des métros. Petit déjeuner buffet très appréciable et très complet. Le seul point négatif est que la chambre standard est un peu petite.
