Extremely practical location, the walkways on the second floor provide direct access to train and subway stations as well as a number of lovely malls. The rooms are modern, clean, and quite spacious. Bath and separate shower are spalike. Service is professional and attentive. Breakfast buffet suggests that the chef and staff have high standards i regret not having the opportunity to eat there.4,8/513 Sep 2024

The location is good, with a convenience store and pharmacy right near the lobby. 5 minutes walk from the station. The hotel room is clean and spacious for my family with 2 children. Will choose this hotel again.4,8/516 Okt 2023

It was quite simple to get there from the station, and there was a direct route to lazona kawasaki. However, there were no amenities such as lotion, or childrens stepping stools, so i think this could be improved. The room was spacious, with separate toilets and baths, which was great for families with children (other hotels in the area had unit bathes). Also, the breakfast buffet was very delicious, especially for my kids. If you check out at 12.00, it would be nice if you could eat until 10.30. Checkout was at 12.30, thus ive been able to prepare before leaving, therefore ill use it again when im in town.4,8/524 Sep 2023

Our hosts picked it for us during our business trip, and it was incredibly thoughtfully chosen. Very modern and spotless. Large bathroom with soaking tub. There are many dining options nearby. I had a great time making my first trip to tokyo the best, most pleasant, and cleanest ever. This hotel couldnt have been better for my initial trip! From the kind and friendly people to the clean and spacious rooms. I love that my room was assigned to reflect the greatest view! I couldn't be happier to have made i reservation with you guys and ill do it again. Thank you for making our first visit the nicest, friendliest,and cleantest all around wonderful. The hotel is ideal. The nearby shopping mall offers a wide variety of cuisine, and there is onsite bakery and buffet restaurant, which is excellent. Additionally, the service is outstanding! Traveling is also convenient! Tokyos subway is too complicated! Why!.4,6/513 Feb 2023

The best hotel ive ever stayed in japan so far. The front desk staff are very friendly, always smiling and greeting you and also very helpful. We misplaced the room key and it was no problem and no cost to replace it. Hotel is right next to kawasaki jr which makes it very convenient. Many stores and malls are located within a few minutes walk from the hotel. There are plenty of food and dining options as well as 2 convenience stores nearby, one of which is literally meters from door to the motel. Room was clean and spacious. View of the train tracks but no noise from passing trains. Bathroom was large and very useful having the bath and shower in its own separate area within the bathroom. If we travel to jap, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.4,4/526 Sep 2024

The beds are a little firm. Pajamas are available for all guests. The shower room and toilets are separate. There is free water in the room, and i can drink bottled for 16 oz per person. On the third floor, guests can do coin laundry. A number of convenience stores and restaurants like mcdonalds may be found nearby. Drugstore across the hall. Kawasaki station is crowded, but its easy to get there from there, and the checkin and checkout processes are very smooth, making it stressfree. Also, even on higher floors, the elevator came right away. The washroom was spacious and comfortable, as was the cleanliness.4,4/524 Mei 2024

My stay here was fantastic. The rooms were clean and tidy as expected, and every time i asked for my room to be cleaned, it was done so very well, with the exception of one occasion when all they did was remake my bed and give me new towels. But nothing else was cleaned! Im not sure why this happened, but it wasnt a oneoff. Great location, right next to mr train station and shops. I loved and missed the japanese toilet, shower, or bath! Our family stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and we loved it! Very close to kawasaki station. The hotel is clean, quiet and has a nice atmosphere. Our room has everything we need and the hotel renews its supply of amenities every day. Breakfast was included in our reservation and it was so worth it. Buffet breakfast was always delicious. Last but not least, all the staff are very accommodating and friendly - everyone went above and beyond their service. Im hoping to return there, thank you for the assistance! This hotel is unquestionably the finest in tokyo. The room is immaculate, i adore how separated the bathroom, bath, and toilet are. Everything is so spotless! Since it is very clean, its easy to enjoy the bidet. I cherished the amenities, the bathtub is also immature, they gave me a bubble bath sachet, which is incredibly nice. There are soundproof windows, air conditioning that can be adjusted, linen that is spotlessly clean and cosy mattress, etc. Excellent location, with numerous restaurants and shopping malls close by, as well as utilizing onsite convenience stores within 0.1 minutes walk.Fasilitas Populer
