This was a great stay!!! As a solo female traveller the area was so safe to walk in at night and it’s only 3 minutes walk from the station!! I’d definitely stay here again. Great price and staff were very helpful!

Ar condicionado central e umidificador de ar. Tem coin laundry, oferece uma água grátis por dia se optar pela limpeza ecológica. Camas confortáveis. Tem frigobar, cofre e chaleira para aquecer agua. Bem localizado. Voltaria com certeza em uma próxima viagem.

My family and I recently stayed here. 3 days. The front office clerks were very nice and spoke English really well. Even before our check in date, I have communicated with them via Expedia whenever I had any questions. Their response time was awesome. I would definitely stay with them again. It was my 2nd time to stay at this hotel. I love the free shuttle! I would love to use this again when I visit kyoto. The breakfast is decent. I wish they prepare cooked veggies next time.

Very convenient location, close to train station and convenient stores, restaurants. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are pretty comfortable and clean. One thing is if you want to use the dryers in the facility, do in small batches, big loads take a long time to dry. But there is a laundromat right next to it that you can use. They have free shuttle bus to Golden temple and bamboo forest, we love this service.We have a great time here .

pros: location was good, nearby bus and train station, room was nice and bathroom was modern, good water pressure. Good room soundproof, great air conditioner. Free amenities located in the lobby like toothbrush, haircomb, just grab and go. Staff was nice and helpful, i used airporter to transport my bags to osaka and the process was seamless. All the staff work super hard specially the staff working at the breakfast buffet. cons maybe offer bottle of water the first day staying at the hotel, i noticed that some hotels do that.
