Perfect hotel with friendly staff, AC was working fine, breakfast was not included in our booking but we were able to pay on the spot and use it. The hotel has 2 washing machines on the perimeter and 2 dryers, it was very useful (although sometimes there was a line of people waiting, try to avoid late evenings if you want to wash your clothes). The staff helped us to reserve a package, that was send from another hotel. Very accommodative.

The hotel is nice and clean, staffs are very friendly and helpful. Good location and the shuttle bus services are very helpful. At least you can visit 2 iconic places in Kyoto without worrying about transportation. Worth the price. I really recommend this monDay hotel.

Location is hard to beat with walking distance to Nijo Castle & Kyotogyoen, sun=bway staion, 7-Elevens, Sukiya; free shuttle to Arashiyama and Kinkuji is truly icing on the cake. Great selection at breakfast with Japanese and Western-style cuisine. Rooms are on the small side but par the course with other Japanese hotels. Bathroom is really nice and sparkling clean with shower and Japanese soaking tub.

El personal del Hotel siempre fue muy atento, cordial y dispuestos a ayudar. La propiedas esta muy limpia y la amenidades siempre muy utiles, desyuno buffet muy rico y variado. El hotel tiene una ubicacion muy conveniente ya que se encuentra a solo unos metros del jardin nacional, rodeado de lugares para comer delicioso y a uno metros de estaciones de tren y paradas de autobus. 100% recomendable.
