우선 공항버스 하차후 3분이내로 호텔로 도착할수 있었고, 호텔시설도 오래되긴했어도 깨끗했고, 온천탕이 있어서 피로를 푸는데 도움이 되었습니다. 조식도 종류도 다양하고 맛있었습니다. 개인적으로 3분거리의 문화센타에 있는 타임즈렌터카를 빌리느라고 가까운곳 호텔을 정했는데 덕분에 타워, 오도리 공원등 도보로 잘 봤습니다

This is our third stay in the hotel. We booked a south corner room which has a lovely view and plenty of space. The staff, as always, are very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast is lovely here. We also enjoyed the onsen in the hotel which is now included for guests.

2026년에 벌써 세 번째 투숙이지만, 방문할 때마다 변함없는 만족을 주는 호텔입니다. 무엇보다 직원분들의 친절함은 언제나 최고였고, 세심한 응대 덕분에 머무는 동안 편안함을 느낄 수 있었습니다. 특히 1층 고객 라운지의 무료 커피와 얼음 서비스는 항상 유용하게 이용하고 있으며, 작은 배려가 큰 만족으로 다가옵니다. 주변에 주요 중심지가 위치해 있어 관광하기에도 매우 편리한 점이 큰 장점입니다. 여러 번 방문해도 다시 찾고 싶은 호텔입니다. 한 가지 바람이 있다면 1층 커피 이용 시간을 조금만 더 늘려주시면 좋겠습니다. 이른 아침과 늦은 시간에도 커피 한 잔의 여유를 즐길 수 있다면 더욱 완벽할 것 같습니다.

Hotel is on the older side but well maintained. Location is good - about 10-15 minute walk to main station. Taxis are familiar with location as well. We booked ‘deluxe quadruple room’ w 4 beds with 2 being non-standard beds but they comfortable. Main bedroom was spacious even with all the beds. Liked that bedroom door with small hallway leading main door, powder room/closet and bathroom to could be closed. Breakfast was acceptable with good selection to accommodate all types of diets. Onsen was quite nice but lile other user says, layout is a little odd. Self pay laundry available but location not so convenient - on main lobby floor next to smoking room. Overall we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Stayed for 8 days with fulll amenities from onsen to massages to great Japanese restaurant onsite. Will stay here again when I’m in Sapporo and highly recommended others to check this wonderful historic hotel.
