This is a beautiful hotel in hakone with onsen. The location is excellent, close to the bus stop and main attractions. It has ambiance that is brandnew and inviting. You can choose between cosy, welldecorated rooms. There are both western and japanesestyle rooms available. They have incredibly nice public onsesen! They offer varying pools and saunas. Each day they exchange, so you can enjoy both onense because they are separated by gender. Food is delicious. Kaiseki meals are served for breakfast and dinner, and youll tell them to have been prepared and served with great attention to detail. Despite my lack of proficiency in jalan, the hotel and restaurant staff are really kind, going above and beyond to assist me in every way and making me feel at home. If you intend to stay in hokoné for ten days and want to experience authentic japi cuisine and ononsan, i would without if you plan to visit ha kone for several days!.

The hot spring is very comfortable. The service staff are very polite. And then, the location is in the middle of sengokuhara, there is a 7-11 at the door and you can get there by bus. After that, this hotel is brand new and clean. Subsequently, its worth to stay here.

The room was beautiful and the staff were very good. The food was delicious and hot springs were really soothing. But the only problem i had was that we came in from tokyo via train and had to take about an hour bus ride up the mountains to get to the property. However, this is typical for most properties in the area.

I was stuck here due to a typhoon and disruption in the bus service. Found this hotel next to the stop of the buses. A lovely onsen location. The service staff were very helpful and friendly and tried to communicate with us in english as much as possible. We were allowed to check in early. While waiting for our room, we were given coffee. Additionally, the friendly staff assisted us by giving us redrive to our previous hotel nearby to pick up our luggage. 5star service rooms are very modern, spacious in japan, and luxurious, everything is provided for opulent onsent. Very clean and tidy western beds and baths. Feeling bed linens and pillows. Really quiet room. It was pricier for my budget, but we had no other choice in mountainous areas. However, it is not too far from other 4 or 5 star hotels in that area. Dinner and breakfast are included.

The best hotel ive ever been to in my life, muslim and halal friendly. I will stay here again next time i visit hakone, every yen we paid is well worth it. Thank you to the hotel staff for being so kind, nice, and providing the best service you have ever had. We stayed for 2 nights, 2 dinners and 2 breakfasts. The onsen was the finest onasis he has tried in any ryokan hotel. It must be seen in sabisuwoarigatougozaimashita.

I thoroughly researched before my trip and picked this brandnew hotel. The facilities are excellent, and i enjoy staying in very new hotels because everything is so cozy. Service is commendable, with a full rating for smiles, natural hot springs the indoor and outdoor scenery makes people stay longer, the outdoor setting is refreshing, as are the scenery and the starry sky. All worries are gone. Environment is clean, cleanliness is maintained, food is delicious, you cant stop eating! I was still wondering if the location was omitted. It cost less than 4,000 for three people with two meals, but suddenly compared to those hotels that cost 7,000 or 8,000 at all times vs. I didnt want to skip the one that offered good value for the money. Highly recommended!.

This hotel is close to all the major attractions in hakone and is located 15 minutes drive from Xian Shi Yuan. Since we drove there ourselves, the location is ideal for us, but im not sure if it is equally convenient for someone traveling here without a car. Our room was very spacious and could easily accommodate 4 people and more. On the balcony, there is secluded wooden hot tub overlooking beautiful mountain ranges. The food could be better, though.

I rarely write reviews. But i am willing to comment on forest wind. Because it was a really satisfying stay for the whole family. I reserved supper and breakfast in my room. Two adults and two children could fit in, making it suitable for ages 4 and up. On the tatami, there were two mattresses. When we arrived, it had been prepared for us. The space is warm, cozy, and immaculate. Excellent amenities are provided, as is cleansing oil and face cleanser. For men and women, the public hot spring baths are almost reserved and are separated. You will receive free popsicles of various flavors after taking yawn. Very pleasant. There is excellent hotel service. Even though the front desk doesnt speak much english, they will cheerfully inform me about the route and transportation and assist me in printing out the bus route. It is quite practical for hotels transportation. Take the pirate ship to lake ashi from the dock station. Eat and take the cable car to owakudani on the second floor. Really practical. We can handle it even our family who doesn
