If you’re thinking about booking this hotel, do it, you won’t regret it. This was hands down the best accommodation we stayed at in Japan. The service from Ryota and the entire team was exceptional and truly made our stay special. The location is ideal. Peaceful and quiet, yet with easy access to the bus. The amenities were beautiful and thoughtfully designed. We loved every moment of our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kyoto.

Sangat nyaman tinggal di sini sehingga kami tidak bisa membiarkannya pergi. Selain lingkungan dan peralatan yang sangat baik, staf pelayanan juga sangat perhatian. Dari kontak sebelum check-in hingga bantuan saat check-in, mereka banyak membantu kami dalam menyewa mobil dan memesan restoran, yang membuat kami berdua bersyukur dan bermasalah. Sangat menyesal. During my recent trip to japan, i stayed at a number of hotels, but hotel musho was by far the best. Gorgeous rooms in a great location in kyoto. The staff was all very nice and went out of their way to help us feel comfortable and to have a conversation. We also received a delicious breakfast and coffee to our room every morning. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting kyoto.

The owner was very kind and gave us a personal list of food recommendations for the area. The room was large and clean, with an open concept, big beds, and a twoperson tub. Breakfast was served to our room every day, and the cleaning of the room was great. Great location near gion, shopping, and transit.

Pertama-tama, lokasinya berada dalam jarak berjalan kaki dari Shimizu Gojo dan Gion Shijo dan terdapat banyak restoran populer di dekatnya. Ada juga toko serba ada tepat di sebelah hotel yang sangat nyaman. Saya juga memilih kamar deluxe twin dan itu adalah kamar yang nyaman dan santai. Kamar tidurnya cukup besar, memiliki banyak fasilitas dan wastafel yang dapat digunakan oleh dua orang berdampingan juga sangat bagus. Ada juga bathtub yang luas di mana Anda dapat meregangkan kaki dan bersantai. Selain itu, karena hotel ini masih baru, semuanya bersih dan canggih. We stayed in this beautiful hotel for our honeymoon and what a stay it was! The hotel staff, especially ryo and yuke, we miss you!, were very kind, professional, and welcoming, and filled us with amazing tips and recommendations, as well as good coffee and tea! The hotel room was spectacular, especially the bathroom, and very clean! Hotel muroso is by far the best hotel in kyoto. We almost gave up leaving what felt almost like home! Ichigo chie, see you in five years!.

We had a lovely stay. Mr. Ryo went above and beyond to welcome us and help us procure dinner reservations for our large family group. Our room was well appointed, attractive, and comfortable. The bathroom was like a spa! A fifteen minute walk in various directions got us to exciting markets, or the train station, or high-end shops. Loved our stay at Hotel Muso.

I strongly recommend this place to anyone! In the center of kyoto, it feels like a real home. We spent three nights at the family unit at the muroso hotel with my spouse and adult daughter. We were visiting our daughter, who lives in osaka, japan, and had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location is incredible. It has fivestar amenities, is right in the middle of kyoto, and is reasonably priced. The apartment was stunning, with two rooms, a pleasant sitting area, and a kitchenette. The customer service representative, ito, was incredibly helpful and pleasant. He spoke excellent english as well. We later met the supervisor, who was incredibly kind and accommodating. They have a rooftop restaurant for breakfast, which is quite convenient, as well as coffee with a lovely view of kyoto. I will be traveling to japan in march and have already reserved a room at the muze hotel for me and my daughter.

The best hotel ive ever stayed at in japan! I had a wonderful experience at hotel muros hotel in kyoto. My partner and i stayed there for 3 nights and were very warmly welcomed. The hospitality at hotel muros is exceptional and all the staff are very friendly. The service feels very boutique! The room we booked was spacious, clean, and also had a large bathroom. The staff also helped us transport our luggage from one hotel to another if needed, which was very helpful. I would definitely stay at hotel muros again and recommend it to anyone!
