【Notice of Scheduled Accommodation Tax Introduction (from April 1, 2026)】
We would like to inform you that, starting from stays on or after Wednesday, April 1, 2026, an accommodation tax is scheduled to be introduced in Hokkaido and Sapporo City.
Tthe accommodation rates shown on our website do not include the accommodation tax.
The tax will be collected at the front desk upon check-in.

● Accommodation Tax (per person, per night)
Room rate less than JPY 20,000: JPY 300 (Hokkaido JPY 100 / Sapporo City JPY 200)
Room rate JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 400(Hokkaido JPY 200/ Sapporo City JPY 200)
Room rate JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000(Hokkaido JPY 500/ Sapporo City JPY 500)

The room rate subject to the tax is the base rate including service charges, but excluding meal charges and consumption tax.
Even if you make a reservation before April 1, 2026, the accommodation tax will be applied to stays on or after April 1, 2026.

Akaigawa Village
If the room rate is JPY 8,000 or more and less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200
If the room rate is JPY 20,000 or more: JPY 500

•Shimukkapu Village
If the room rate is less than JPY 20,000: JPY 100
If the room rate is JPY 20,000 or more and less than JPY 50,000: JPY 200
If the room rate is JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 500

•Rusutsu Village
If the room rate is less than JPY 20,000: JPY 100
If the room rate is JPY 20,000 or more and less than JPY 50,000: JPY 200
If the room rate is JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 500

•Otaru City / Asahikawa City / Kushiro City / Obihiro City / Kitami City / Abashiri City / Otofuke Town / Koshimizu Town
Flat rate: JPY 200

•Kutchan Town
Flat rate: 3% (The 3% includes the Hokkaido Prefectural Tax)

Cancellation policy is different for each rate plans. Please check rate plan details.
Starting April 1, 2026, guests will be required to pay the Hokkaido Prefectural Tax and the Municipal Accommodation Taxes at the revised rates directly to the property at the time of check-in. The taxes are charged on a per person, per night basis, calculated from the room rate as follows:

•Hokkaido Prefecture
If the room rate is less than JPY 20,000: JPY 100
If the room rate is JPY 20,000 or more and less than JPY 50,000: JPY 200
If the room rate is JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 500

•Sapporo City
If the room rate is less than JPY 50,000: JPY 200
If the room rate is JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 500

•Hakodate City
If the room rate is less than JPY 20,000: JPY 100
If the room rate is JPY 20,000 or more and less than JPY 50,000: JPY 200
If the room rate is JPY 50,000 or more and less than JPY 100,000: JPY 500
If the room rate is JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 2,000

•Furano City
If the room rate is less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200
If the room rate is JPY 20,000 or more and less than JPY 50,000: JPY 300
If the room rate is JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 500

•Toyako Town
If the room rate is less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200
If the room rate is JPY 20,000 or more and less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500
If the room rate is JPY 50,000 or more: JPY 1,000

•Niseko Town
If the room rate is JPY 5,000 or less: JPY 100
If the room rate is JPY 5,001 or more and less than JPY 20,000: JPY 200
If the room rate is JPY 20,000 or more and less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500
If the room rate is JPY 50,000 or more and less than JPY 100,000: JPY 1,000
If the room rate is JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 2,000

Until Friday, May 1, 2026: 1,650 yen
From Saturday, May 2, 2026: 1,870 yen
*Guests who have already made reservations with a breakfast-included plan will be able to use the same price.

To follow the Invoice System, one receipt will be issued for each payment or transaction. Receipts that split the room fee for one night or for only part of the total amount cannot be issued.
